The weeks following my choosing where dull and cold. The more time I spend in Ge's company, the more I realised what a dick he was. He kept asking me to have lessons with him and demonstrating in front of the segment with me. The more I told him not to, the less he listened. I could feel the mentalist resenting me, I'd never even spoken to a large majority of them but all I could see during those demonstrations were their eyes, glaring back at me.
Any sign of affection on my side was strained and forced. He made me cringe with his constant assuming and replying with 'we' whenever anyone asked me if I wanted to hang out.

Just the other day at breakfast, Sidney who was now completely out of the hospital wing, plonked herself down in front of me and asked if I could meet her in the library just to catch up, she said she had "like SOOOO much" to tell me and I just laughed and was about to say sure when Ge butted in and
"No, he can't we're training!" She just grimaced slightly at me, looking sideways at Ge and got up
"Okay well, I'll see you round Nico..." And left. I hadn't mentioned it again to Ge, he seemed to really hate her and I didn't know why.

Glen seems to be acting really weird around me too. I kept trying to talk to her but she would hurry off in a rush, even Chai would avoid my eyes when talking to me, all she would say about Glen is that she was incredibly busy sorting out some things in the segment. But one day I happened to be walking out of the library just as she was strolling in. I grabbed her sleeve and pulled her into a relatively empty corridor
"Glen I really need to talk to you-" I urged
"Nico I really can't right now!" She started to hurry off again and I followed this time, close at heel
"Glen it's important!" I yelled and she stopped, turning to me and looking stony
"If this is about Ge and your decision, I don't think I can be on board anymore. I know it comes across that I hate my brother but I love him. He's the only one I've got that cares Nico and to me, that's very important. So I'm not on track to try and bring him down along with his segment anymore, if you hadn't noticed !" And this time I didn't follow her when she walked off.
