"Felix please shut up, I don't have brain cells." Seungmin yawned, his head was aching thanks to both Felix and Jisung discussing why our nose run but feet smell, to whether or not water is wet. (Tho really, is water wet?)

The three of them made their way out, finally free from the hell called school. Thankfully, the day went pretty smoothly.

Or so Seungmin thought. As the trio headed out the gates, Seungmin's face was met with someone's back, causing him to land harshly on his butt. (Hopefully he won't walk with his eyes half-closed anymore, no matter how tired.) He looked up, only to meet the last person he'd ever want to encounter after such a long day.

"You okay there, pretty boy?" Hyunjin asked, genuinely concerned as he offered his hand. Of course, Seungmin wasn't going to tolerate breathing the same air as his most detested enemy. He slapped the boy's hand away, earning a defeated chuckle from the taller.

"Shut up and get out of the way Hwang Hyunjin." Seungmin spat profusely, as he grabbed onto Jisung's outstretched hand to scramble onto his feet. He adjusted his shirt and shot one last glare at his subject of disgust.

However, before he could leave, Hyunjin blocked his path and leaned forward.

"You better be careful, Minnie. I don't want you injuring yourself or anything." Hyunjin said, his voice soft like silk that for a moment, Seungmin may have desired to hear more. Waves of heat rushed up Seungmin's face once he realized the proximity of the boy's face in front of him, his eyes didn't know where to look. For the first time ever, Seungmin actually took note of Hyunjin's perfectly sculpted features; from his beautiful doe eyes to his distinctive, plump cherry lips and defined face cut, everything was on point. Hwang Hyunjin was ethereal.

"Cute and all, but we really gotta go home man." Jisung sighed, snapping Seungmin out of his trance. He shoved a still smirking Hyunjin to the side and joined his friends ahead, dying to erase the events that took place. Let's just pretend that never happened. Let's pretend I didn't admire his features for a solid five seconds back there.

"Take care, hoes." Seungmin said, sending off Jisung and Felix at his doorstep. Seungmin made his way to his room, finally alone to indulge in his thoughts. It sure was a tiresome day, although nothing major happened besides crossing paths with Hyunjin. (To Seungmin, that was the most tiring part anyway.)

Seungmin fetched for his phone and laid on his stomach, scanning the notifications displayed on his screen.

Should I even be surprised he's texted me? A sigh escaped the boy's lips, but he couldn't resist the smile that made its way to his face as he opened the messages.
