Well my iPod is pretty much dead at this point

It's lasted two years and I'm pretty happy it did last that long

Recently it stopped charging. It will say it's charging but if I leave it overnight if wont charge for some weird reason. It will lose battery so I have to watch it when it charges

It's also moving a lot slower than before >~<

So I want to get an iPod 6 because my parents aren't about to buy me a phone anytime soon
The one with 32 gigabytes is around 250 which is fine because I have that much money (and I need that one considering I have that before and I'm running out of space on this iPod)
But noooooo I shouldn't blow it all on a iPod even though I have about 500 bucks

My mom also said its because I'm on it so much and that I don't need to be on my iPod as much as I am

She also said I'm listening to too much music and that its slowly hurting my ears
Then she said
"Sometimes you need to enjoy the silence"
But if I've learned anything from music it's that sometimes quiet can be violent
I also don't think she knows that when I'm left to my thoughts I don't think of good things

But what happened to
"It's your money and you can do whatever you want with it"
ack that was always a rule but then they try to talk me out of stuff
