That's when Hades burst in, Nico suddenly dropped from Will's grasp and fell to the floor in a heap. His father looked furious
"I THOUGHT I HAD HEARD SOMETHING!" He yelled. Will still looked casual but he kept wiping his hands on his unbuttoned jeans and then running them through his hair.
"Oh, hey there, Hades. How....how nice to finally make t-the acquaintance of Nico's family-"
"Father, I can explain-"
"QUITE CHILD!" He pointed at Nico, who hid his face with his hands "AS FOR YOU SON OF APOLLO! BE GONE BACK TO THAT CAMP OF YOURS, I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU IN MY PALACE AGAIN, NOT UNTIL THE FORTUNATE DAY OF YOUR DEATH!" Nico literally saw Will shake, but he winked as he cast a  long glance at Nico before he disappeared in shadows that his father had mustered.
"And as for you!" Hades addressed Nico, but his father just shook his head and Nico grabbed Wills hoodie, realising that he only had boxers on.
"Father, like I said I can explain!"
"I should hope so! Because for a traditional Greek father, that is quite a scene to walk in on!" Nico only exhaled.
"Well Will, Will Solace and I have been dating for a couple of months and I was frightened of telling you because I was unsure of how you would react!" Hades regarded Nico for a few minutes, and the rubbed his face and got up to head out.
"Well at least he's hot."
"Tell me about it!" Nico laughed and Hades actually smiled, like FOR REAL!
"I'm just glad you are happy, son. Children of mine, are not usually....the happy sort."

"Well that is what I call the Will effect!" He grinned at his father

"Yes, I can see that! I must keep an eye on that boy. Solace did you say?" And Nico nodded as his father left and he slumped on his bed, enjoying the replay of the evening in his mind.
