How to World Domination(SeaLat)
Peter ran to the bathroom, tears streaming down his face as angry and mocking voices followed him.
"You're just some stupid little kid!"
"Stop being so hopeful, it's never going to happen!"
"I bet he wants to be a merman too!"
"I will have my own country."He cried, but only to himself, as he ran, bruises marking his arms from when everyone got tired of his "attitude" and "had" to use force.
He tripped, and was hit in the head with an eraser, which just made him run faster.
He was unaware of the one, quiet, good voice, that muttered to him from a far away place.
"To the one who looks as if you have been crying everyday
Fight back with all the force that you've been laughed at in the face.
And in the end you'll find it's neither bomb or knife
That will be your strongest weapon when you carve your way."
--
Raivis sat in the empty classroom with Peter, consoling him, as Peter sat on the desk, his knees pulled up to his nose as he silently cried.
"They've lost their hope, Peter. Don't let them take yours."He said, rubbing his back.
Peter grabbed his hand and said determinedly, with tears still in his eyes.
"From this moment on, let's promise that no matter what it is
We will not put a price tag on the fact that we exist."
Raivis smiled, and nodded, glad he was back to his old self.
Peter grabbed his drawing that he made earlier, now torn and crumpled; the plan for his future country.
"Although it seems that now we're just playing around
It is much too soon to throw these ideas out."
--
Raivis stood, waiting for the train to take him back home, where he would be forced back into being scared, back into following Ivan's orders. Forced back into fear, as he waited, muttering to himself,
"And today, standing there on the railway
All alone at the station's end
Tomorrow's me is surely waiting helplessly
To take orders from a rather dumb and selfish scum dictator again."
The train came, and he reluctantly boarded.
Meanwhile, Peter got into Berwald's car, as he greeted his papa happily, though he was hurting on the inside; he loved his family, he didn't want to worry them.
And both young boys, sang quietly, so no one could hear, to themselves, a promise.
"Even if there comes a day that cars are flying in the sky
Even if there comes a day that robots talk like you and I
As for the things you say to me, instead of what comes easily
Try to fix the pieces of my hearts oh won't you please?
If a missile comes and flies across this kind of sky above
If I were to take the chance to pray for happiness and love
I would have to reassure myself that
I can still find compassion hidden 'side of me!"
Raivis and Peter sat in different classrooms, the work just seeming to pile up, as more and more useless worksheets and problems were given, more and more things that were absolutely unnecessary, but, were required to get them to college.
They instead chose to mutter to themselves, to try and soothe the stress.
"Hey I'm sure you know that even if you choose to lift your eyes
There is no way to see shit if there isn't any light
Whether I'm all by myself or with somebody else
I will still fall into the same trap of loneliness."
--
Raivis sat outside, waiting for the teachers to get done lecturing Peter on the "correct way" to do these problems, singing lyrics to himself.
"As I stay right here, singing songs about suicide
The depth I've fallen to feels just like if I've died
But I've come to see even with these thoughts inside of me
The words I say from day to day, they bear no weight, no matter what I do
I can't see them through"
--
Peter started to get in his papa's car again, when he caught a glimpse of...himself?
Peter's tired eyes were shocked, but not as shocked as this older, tougher version, who mouthed, "good luck" before Tino asked what was taking so long.
--
And Raivis was there at the station again. He looked across, and saw that someone was there today.
Instead of greeting, or singing, or anything, he just stared at this person, his eyes with dark bags, and without care, until he discovered that this person was him.
And today, standing there just like everyday
All alone in this fake reality
Tomorrow's me would be better off not existing
Except, he looked brave, he had battle scars, he wore what he thought good, and he was free.
And he stared at today's Raivis, with shock.
But I hear the nagging whistle of the final train as it pulls up to me.
The train came, blocking his view, but Raivis narrowed his eyes and walked away, from the nagging whistles, from the dictator, from it all.
--
Peter and Raivis ran through their old school, being chased by those stupid bots.
Peter, the president of the rebel nation, which provides refugee for those who couldn't stand life any longer.
Raivis, his brave and fearless guard, who loved Peter, as much as Peter loved back, which happened to be a lot.
And their old nation, trying to destroy the two.
They were cornered, right in their old classroom, and Peter grabbed his old friend, and now boyfriend's hand, and Raivis held it, trying to step in front of him, to protect him.
The shorter, however, wasn't having it, and stood beside him, trying to be brave, even though they knew what would happen, the bots sinking into the room, stalking the two.
Even if I try to tell myself that love is just bad luck
I know that I will regret it when my conscience catches up.
And some of the ones that once mocked them, lowly bullies now turned into even lower soilders, piled in, and sent the bots off.
Leaving Raivis and Peter to grin at such as stupid move.
Peter spoke, laughing,
"Won't you take a look at my face, this is the way that I'll stay!"
And Raivis finished with a half-growled, half-chuckled,
"'Cause annoying pricks like you I really really hate!!"
Raivis's arm wrapped around Peter waist and brought him close, muttering to him,
"If a missile comes and flies across this kind of sky above
If I were to give away my life because I've had enough.
I would have to reassure myself that I can still find compassion in me."
He raised his grappling hook, to the roof, as they kissed briefly, and sang.
"I would have to reassure myself that I can still be saved,
The hook ached through the remains of the ceiling, catching onto an above helicopter, and they smirked at the shocked guards.
"before my heart turns to stone."
