You've been standing outside of your dorm waiting for Berwald to pick you up for breakfast, like he'd promised he would do last night. A windy breeze came and got underneath your skirt, so you had to perform a weird Marilyn Monroe type position to prevent flashing anyone who goes walking past; that's when you saw Alfred walking past talking to a boy with  slightly lengthy blonde wavy hair and an extremely long looped curl I front of his face. You began to pray that they both would just walk past and not turn their heads at you as you fought with the wind and your skirt; next thing you knew as you stopped focusing on the skirt you realised that Alfred and his friend were standing right in front of you. You slightly squealed from the sudden shock and bit down hard on your tongue, crouching down and looking away from the pair.

Alfred: offer you a hand up
Sorry dudette, did we sneak up on ya?

You took his hand and softly nodded, both of the boys were standing directly in the path of the wind so you were safe as long as they both acted as your windbreaks.

Alfred: putting his arm around Matthew
So this is my twin, Matthew and he is shy like you, I thought you both could chill one day!

Matthew: lifting his hand up half way and shaking it slowly
Hey.

You: humming
Hi.

Alfred: goofily smiling
I knew you both would make awesome friends! Hey dudette do you want to walk with us to the cafeteria?

You: straightening your back
Berwald, I'm waiting. For. Him.

Alfred: walking off
C'ya there then!

It has been about twenty minutes since you spoke with Alfred and Matthew, Berwald hasn't shown up and you began to think that maybe his loyalty was only a cruel hearted joke. You decided to pick yourself off the steps and make your way over to your first class, due to the warning bell just ringing a few seconds ago. That's when the sound of a familiar voice caught your attention, it sounded like Tino.

Tino: running up to you
_____! It's about Berwald, he isn't capable of helping you this morning. I'm your guide until he is ready this afternoon.

You: shocked
What?

Tino: standing next to you
Don't worry, he only had a mild food allergy last night.

You: confused
But, he was okay, when he dropped me off.

Tino: gesturing to you to follow
It was a late reaction, at lest that is what the nurse said. Anyway, we have a free period, let's go up to the library!

...

The corridor leading to the library had an extraordinary view of the ocean, it was one of the few places in the school that you were able to see the ocean from; reminding you that your still on a tropical island. You had unconsciously stopped walking and just stood in the middle of the corridor admiring the scene in front of your eyes, it appeared that there was a little beach down there with a small straw hut built on the sand.

Tino: looking out the window
Every weekend the beach is open, we should go.

You: humming in response
Definitely...

Mathias: talking behind you
So when? Saturday for lunch?

You both turned around to see a certain Danish boy standing behind the both of you smugly grinning and rubbing his hands together.

You: surprised
Oh, hey.

Mathias: leaning up against the wall
Morning Elsker (love), good to see the same girl from last night wearing only her pyjamas hasn't faded away yet!

Tino: looking at you with a flexed eyebrow
Pyjamas?

Mathias: noticing Tino's confusion and deciding to feed it
Yeah, why was Alfred in your dorm anyways, just the two of you... Alone?

Tino: continuing the eyebrow thing
Alfred? Alone? Your dorm?

Mathias: holding back a grin
Gee, you seemed rather breathless too, not one for physical activity are you? Alfred seem really happy though, he didn't stop talking about how awesome you are!

Tino was wordless, he stopped repeating the major points from Mathias's sentences and stared at you with utter disappointment. You just eyeballed Mathias and couldn't understand why he took everything out of context, did he not like you because last morning you walked away from him with answering his question about the female body cycle or did he just feel like messing with Tino? You nodded your head down and stared at the white tiled floor, before you knew it a hand was placed on your shoulder and then it was accompanied with words.

Tino: monotoned
____, let's get going to the library. It's none of my business in what you do with your spare time, as long as no one is hurt or any nasty repercussions.

With a nod of your head you both picked up your feet and continued on with your journey to the library, however know you had a strange filling in your gut; what Mathias said was a lie and now Tino wouldn't seeing you in the same innocent way.

Mathias: yelling from down the corridor
Elsker! (love) Remember to book the King in for tonight! Roughly seven-ish!

A chuckle travelled down the corridor after he shouted that and then Tino looked up at you with a smile, his dark blue eyes were no longer glazed disgust.

Tino: mumbling to you as you both walked
He's either joking or took something out of context, I'm sorry.

You were slightly blown away from his words, did Mathias purposely reveal it was a joke by adding in that chuckle in at the end or did he stuff up? Doesn't mater, you were restored back into Tino's 'Good List' and were certain that no vicious rumours were going to be spread; do these boys even know what gossiping is?

I have a very important observation that needs to be recorded and read by strangers who don't really care about this, anyway here it is:
Just a few hours ago I have reached the middle of nowhere (AKA the bush, where my relatives live), but it took two whole day driving (roughly 13 straight hours each day), a five hour train trip and another hour driving to reach where they live; the WHOLE stinkin' trip my sister just slept and slept and slept. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN MY 12 YEAR OLD LITTLE SISTER SLEEP THAT MUCH IN SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE POSITIONS AND I COULDN'T CLOSE MY EYELIDS FOR A MINUTE!?!

Agro mood disconnected, you have officially survived a useless rant, congrats!
