The American immediately go inside and find his bomber jacket.
Florida pestering him to tell her what's happening but he didn't response. He grabbed her and his bomber jacket. He wore it and quickly call the others telling they needed to have a Emergency meeting in his place right now.

England POV

What the bloody hell he need to discuss about? I don't understand! I'm really confused now to him and to that fucking Anonymous who send me a letter!

We already arrived here in America. We just need to go to Washington to discuss his "thing".

"We don't have enough time so.. You're here because of this." America said as we finally seated on our own chairs. He brought out a envelope same as mine.

"T-That.. Bloody Hell.. I also received a letter like that!"

"Ve~ also me!" Italy said waving it.

"*cough* I'm sorry Italy.. But for this time I need you-- no all of you to be serious." America said seriously..

I just looked at him blank minded. I never saw this side of him since World War 2... his side that can make you a fool if you sat beside him.

His is smarter than you think... that every country and personifications scared of.

I looked around the room, only saw the others looking at him shock and blank minded like me.

I don't know but i have the feeling that someone is glaring at me and smirking.

"Arghh.." I shake my head and looked down.

"Ve~ England? What's wrong?" Italy asked

"Ahh Nothing!" I said and gave him a fake smile.

"Tell me if you need-a something okay?, Ve~!" Italy said and smiled at me.

"Okay.. thank you Italy" I thanked him and smiled back.

"Misters, I summoned all of you here to discuss what are we going to do with this thing. First of all we need to find out who send this letter." America said while he wandered his eyes like scanning us.

"But why you didn't called the others. Nordics, Middle Easts, Asian, and the others? Why only the Axis and Allies?" Germany asked.

"Because I know you already have experiences on cases like these."

"What about Philippines? You said she is the one who said about the letter?" China said.

"Well As far as I can I want to protect her and my sister. I don't want them to be hurt." America with soft expression on his face. You can see the love and caring about his loved ones. That face..

"On our topic, inside the letter, stated that he is a weak country. I know anyone of you are thinking that We can bring him down because his weak but we cant just relax here and wait until his attacks bring us down. We didn't know everyone's capability. We need to be alert because anytime he can attack any of us." America explained all information.

"We need to watch everyone. We need to inform them about this." England suggested.

"That's the plan. You can go now. We can held another meeting as he began to show any signs that he was going to attack us. " America said and turned his back.

"Anyway, If he was one of us right now...... I will be grateful if you would TALK to me first before you proceed with your plans..." then he started to walk away.

"SVE!!!" a loud voice full of fear and worries suddenly rang around the house of certain 5 nordics.

Sweden, the one that mentioned earlier, found the Finnish man huffing and catching his breath. After him, he noticed Norway sipping from his coffee.

"Why are you shouting early in the morning?" Norway asked Finland.

"Read this letter."

Finland offered the letter to Norway, who took it and read. After he read, he quickly put down his coffee and turned his back to Finland and Sweden.

Then he said,"I'm going to wake up Matthias and Emil.." then he started to run upstairs. He has a calm expression and looked so collected but you can noticed that his fingers are shaking.

"Don't you think calling America or Germany would be a good thing?" Finland asked Sweden.

and Sweden just nodded.
