Week two of Matthew's reign! This week is full of opportunity! Who knows, Maybe Rod May answer on time (wishful thinking, perhaps)! And I think we all hope Keeks is having a great time while she's gone!

Our Character for this week -- who isn't quite a country any longer -- is KugelMugel!!!

Personally, Kugelmugel is my favorite Micronation... Anyway, Kugelmugel appears as a young man with violet eyes and white hair kept in two long braids. Kugelmugel is a micronation located in Austria. He is an artist who Austria describes as being eccentric. In his debut, Kugelmugel is found hugging his knees and pondering whether revolution and Baumkuchen are art, and seems to believe many things are art, as he suddenly exclaims that declaring his independence is art as well (cough cough cough). The most popular ship with Kugelmugel is Kugelmugel X Ladonia.

1) First of all, who is your favorite character in Hetalia?
"I really like all of the hetalia characters, but my top would most likely be the Face familt and the BTT."

2) Who do you relate to most in Hetalia?
"I relate to America and Canada, because sometimes I'm really loud and hyper (and a bit annoying), but other times I'm really quiet and unnoticed."

3) What is your biggest OTP if any and why?
"UsUk, it was the first Hetalia ship I was introduced to, and I love it. (I don't hate FrUk though)"

4) What is your NoTP if any?
"AmeriPan and RusAme. I don't know quite why, but I don't like them."

5) Would you rather be raised by the Axis or the Allies?
"Allies! Just because those guys are awesome, and it would be crazy."

Our Ship this week is RoChu!
They are both Allies, and through history, they've been relatively close. In fact, they were both Communistic at some point. Russia has been shown to stalk China, especially when disguised in a panda suit. However, China still cares for Russia, and provides medicine when he appears to have caught a cold. Enjoying this attention, Russia winks at China and says, "Oh, stop it, you!" 
 When China had escaped England and France, he came home to Russia who had invited himself over. Another time, China was venting all his issues to a panda. China complained the most about Russia, shouting that Russia was going to betray him for sure, and then the "panda" was revealed to be Russia disguised in a suit who responds, "how did you find out?!"

I love the fact that when I see some fanfics and stoof like that, China's normally in hardcore denial, and Russia's just derping around XD IT'S GREAT. I love the things that could happen between the two, and I feel like Russia be scary and intimidating to others (subconsciously cause that's how Russia rolls) but he's just a floofy dork to China.
Imagine Russia giving a bunch of sunflowers to China before world meetings or taking him to sunflower fields on a summer day.
Then on a winter day.

Wow. Another ship my sister approves of. Bro, I must have been talking to her when I chose the ships for the weeks when Kiku is gone. Well, I certainly do ship RoChu. It is adorable and just... their faces. And their Communistic pasts... just. Ship. And Himaruya stated, like I put in the ship summary, China gave medicine to Russia when he was sick. !!!!1!!!1!!!  please this is so canon. And just. I looked up their relations on the wiki and just !!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh it is soooo canon.

And our Factoid! ~

While Kugelmugel is shown speaking to the "King" during the Christmas 2011 site event, the micronation was actually a Republic and never had a ruler holding the title of "King".
Yup, the Micronation of Kugelmugel had a president, I believe. But, it was dissolved by the City of Vienna's government and it is now shown as an art piece, do to the fact that it was a round home.
