Where is Belarus most of the time?

Well, I'd like to think that she is with Ukraine. My reason is that Ukraine is a clumsy, curvy, kind, and trusting girl. She, from what I've seen, is vulnerable to others and completely relies on them. Maybe Belarus is there to protect Ukraine?
