It's Halloween,and I HATE scary things.Usually I'll stay inside watching YouTube till the sun comes up.

But I was freaking invited to a test of courage by my friend England and I have nothing better to do.He said he was inviting all the countries to it would be nice.

When I did get there I had my earbuds in but no music playing.Didn't want people to bother me.Oh I'm a country too,(C/N) but I'm kind of a loner.

I guess that's why England is my friend?He's a loner too.

"Thanks for coming to the test of courage!Now I'll start calling out two countries and those two will be a pair for the haunted house you will have to go through!"

He seemed excited about all of this.I mean he loves his scary things and magic so I guessed he would love this day.

Eventually I heard my country and Iceland.

We were suppose to walk toward the entrance and then go in.

I saw him,he looked the same age as me.He had this silvery hair and purply blue eyes.

I unplugged one of my ear buds and decided to talk to him.

"So the Iceland?Nice to meet you."

"Yeah and how must be (C/N)."

I heard him mumble something about me and adult before shaking his head.

"Ok let's get this over with."

I sighed and pushed open the door.It wasn't too bad at first but my breathing was getting funny.He looked kind of worried too,but not as noticeable.

All of a sudden,a freaking zombie dropped from the ceiling and started crawling toward us.

"AHHHH!RUN!"

We both screamed in unison and ran into a different hall way.I tripped from trying to run,and he looked back,grabbed my hand and stood me up before we ran again.

We were running so fast we didn't see a giant spider web on the ground.England's sophisticated so that wasn't it.

When we stepped in the middle,it raised up,trapping us both in some sort of net like thing,hanging from the ceiling.

We were sitting ducks.

I pushed my earbuds in my ears and closed my eyes hoping it was all a dream knowing it's not.

"Don't worry.....um we can get out of here..."

He tried pulling,ripping and shaking the web but it's no good.Knowing England it's probably magic.

I was freaking out.Alone.I a place with a guy?Those freaking videos were getting to my head....

"MR.PUFFIN!"

He called out and a puffin came flying through the hall and started to chew through the web.

As soon as it was broken,we fell to the ground.I brushed myself off and then stood up Iceland.The puffin flew off again,to who knows where.

I felt a harsh,cold wind on my back that made me shudder and turn around to see where it was coming from.

"G-G-GHOST!"

I grabbed Iceland's arm and ran into a room,but then it locked on its own when we got in.

I slid to the ground and let out a sigh of relief,for being trapped here.Its away from everything else so I'm fine with it.

Iceland took a seat next to me and was looking away from me.

"Well this is embarrassing...."

"Huh?Why's that?"

"I'm not acting like an adult...running,hiding,screaming it's not right."

"Well your not an adult yet so you get a pass."

"Hmm...."He did an annoyed grunt and then we heard the door unlock.

I stood up,and he followed as we both peeked out the door.The ghost was gone,and we went back into the hall.

"Ok let's find the exit."

We searched for a while,more screams and running until FINALLY!

We saw a golden door.We paused for a moment,looked at each other,and then made one last sprint for the door.

We both grabbed onto the knob and opened it.It lead to the back of where we all met at the beginning.

England came over to congratulate us but I saw the smirk he had on.

"Great job!You two are the first ones to make it!"

I whispered something in Iceland's ear and told him to harmonize with me on this one.

"France did it better."

His face was priceless,doing that thing where his eyes decide to completely disappear.We both walked out victorious even if it left us both shaking in fear at the darkness of the night.
