Truth, dare, or...dancers?( The Italies)
The day had gone by smoothly, or as smooth as a world conference can get, Greece was sleeping, England was arguing with France, and Germany was trying to get everyone to calm down so the meeting could start. Romano was trying to get away from Spain, but he knows he can't (he loves him that much) and Belarus was trying to get as close to her big brother as possible with out him running away. America was going on about how he was the hero and Canada sat in the back hoping to get noticed by someone.
But Prussia was tired of the constant yelling, he wanted something different. Something awesome. But what? Then he remembered that one time where he caught two Italian brothers dancing, they didn't notice him though, and Prussia was thinking of a way to get them to dance. He didn't get to see all of it, and from what he saw, they can dance. So he needed to come up with something fast. It was the last conference for another two months and the meeting was coming to an end. Then it struck him. A game of truth or dare.
Most of the countries wouldn't play unless they have to, others like America, Denmark, Italy, Spain, and France would do it willingly. And he wanted as many countries to see the two brothers dance as possible. Prussia knew that they would be shocked, speechless, and very, very much surprised. In his head he begged and begged the ancients (Especially Germania) to hopefully keep the others here, and to his surprise rain came. Lots of it.
Thunder boomed and lightning lit the room and the power went out. The small countries got scared and went to their sibling, cousin, or in Italy's case, to their own personal Germany. He said a quiet thank you to the ancients and said aloud to the others, "Vhile ve are here, vhy dont ve play a game?"
"Like what?" England asked for everyone as the emergency lights went out.
"Vhat about truth or dare?" Prussia asked. Almost immediately the ones he knew would say they'd play said they would. Italy asked Germany to play and Spain asked Romano, France volunteered England to join and china and Russia said they'd do it. Evenually more people said they'd play because they don't want to go to the hotel in a thunder storm.
"We can spin the bottle so we can see who asks a dare," Russia said taking an empty vodka bottle out of his back pocket. He placed the bottle in the ground in the center of the group who sat in a circle like children. He spun the bottle and it landed on America. Looking at the American, he said, "Truth or dare?"
"Dare! The hero isn't scared!" America said staining up.
"I dare you to stop eating burgers for a month," The Russian said smiling. The bright grin on the blonde slowly disappeared and was replaced with a frown. He spun the bottle and it landed on England.
"Truth or dare, Iggy," Alfred said looking at the bushy eyebrowed Englishman.
"Truth," he said crossing his arms. "And don't call me 'Iggy'!"
"Is it true that you like someone?" America teased.
"What?! N-No!"
"You have to answer truthfully, no lying!"
"F-Fine! I-I do, BUT I WONT TELL WHO IT IS!" England yelled as pointed at his former little brother. He spun the bottle and it landed on China. "China truth or dare?"
"Truth," he said.
"Do you like Russia?" England said with a blank face. He couldn't come up with anything, but he has noticed that China is always near Russia.
"U-U-Um," China stuttered and blushed a bright red. "I said dare!"
"Ok, since I miss heard you," England said. "Kiss Russia."
"U-U-U-Uh umm," he said turning the color of his long sleeved bright red shirt. "D-Do I have to?"
"Yes." Arthur said leaning back on the wall he sat at.
China got up and walked over to the silver haired Russian. He sat next to him and grabbed Russia's face and pecked his lips then sat back in his seat. Hiding his tomato red face in his hands, the Russian on the other hand smiled. Yao scooted to the bottle and spun it, to which the empty vodka bottle stoped and pointed at Prussia. Prussia didn't know what he'd choose, but knowing him he'd choose dare. So when the Chinese man asked he pondered for a little bit before saying dare. He was told to eat the rest of Italy's pasta. Getting up he walked to the kitchen that the conference room had, he opened the fridge and got out the plate of cold pasta. Putting it in the microwave and warming it up, he grabbed a fork and ate it when it was done. And while he ate it, Prussia looked at Italy dead in the eye as he took fork-fulls of pasta and placed it in his mouth. By the time he was done, the small Italian had to be held back by three people: Germany, America, and Russia. But even then they couldn't contain the little ball of Italian fury as it attacked the Prussian country.
Running for his life, he dashed out of the kitchen and into the meeting room and hid under the table. Hoping that Italy wasn't smart enough to check. It was quite and the countries who were there piled into one of the corners as the Italian cursed his heart out for the Prussian. When he calmed down and the others were there, he peeped his out from under the table and made his way back to the group. Staying as far ways from the north Italian.
"O-Ok zat vas terrifying," he said. "But let's see vho's turn it is." Spinning the bottle he crossed his fingers for it to land in either of the Italians. But the bottle spun, and spun, and spun, going on for seemingly forever; until it landed on a dark brown haired and green eyed south Italy. "Romano truth or dare?"
"Dare," he said bored.
"I dare you to get your brother and do the dance routine you two made," Prussia said smugly. Both Italys looked shocked about how they knew about that, but it was a dare so they had to do it.
Getting up they went to a clear and open spot, Romano got his phone out and told America to push play when he told them to. All the countries stopped what they were doing and looked at the brothers.
After clearing some space, they got in position and Romano told America to push play. The music filled the quiet room and the only thing that was heard was the song Lean On and the foot stopping of the dancers.

Once the song ended and Romano and Italy stopped dancing, the other countries were left in shock. They didn't know that those two could dance that well. Or dance at all. But the shock was short lived at the clouds parted and left the area they were in sunny and rain free. Seeing the bright rays of the sun, the Italian brothers left. Leaving behind a smirking Prussia and shell shocked countries.
