Narrator's POV

Legs tangled with each other and the sheets, clothing scattered on the ground, the early morning rays peeking through the curtains, tails wound together, that's how Leon woke up.

Leon felt the sunshine hit him, causing him to open his hazel cat eyes.  He glanced down at a sight that he still wasn't used to; his mate Emil, curled up close, head resting on Leon's bare chest.  Leon gave a small smile and moved a hand, brushing some of Emil's hair out of his face.  Emil twitched but continued to rest.

Leon sighed contently as he held Emil close, gently patting Emil's ears, getting him to purr.

'Last night was great,'  Leon thought as he looked around the messed up room.  Glancing back at Emil he smirked when he saw a few hickeys on Emil's neck and collarbone.

"Mine."  Leon said as he leaned down to kiss Emil's forehead.  Emil's ears twitched as he opened his beautiful violet cat eyes.  Emil yawned a bit before trying to get up, only to have Leon pull him close.

"It's still early Icy, you can go back to sleep if you want."  Leon said.  Emil glanced up at Leon, eyes half-lidded.

"No, I'll stay up with you,"  Emil sleepily said.  Leon chuckled.

"So long as you stay in bed with me, I'm good."  Leon said.  Faintly blushing, Emil remained silent as he moved his head back onto Leon's warm chest, curling towards him as Leon held him close, gently scratching Emil's ears.

"Mmm,"  Emil purred, moving his ear towards Leon's hand.

A pleasant and peaceful silence took hold, with the only sound being the soft, content purrs emanating from Emil.

"How are you feeling Emil?"  Leon asked, breaking the silence.  Emil stopped purring, moving his head to look up into Leon's eyes.

"I'm fine, a bit tired but after last night I suspected I would be."  Emil said.  Leon nodded, his tail moving, making Emil's move too.

"Then stay in bed today, I don't want you stressing yourself."  Leon said.  Emil hummed.

"No it's fine, I have things I need to do."  Emil said, trying to get up.  Leon sat up and gently pushed Emil back onto the bed, hands on either side of Emil's body as he towered over him.

"I don't want you straining yourself."  Leon said stubbornly.  Emil sighed as he wrapped his arms around Leon's neck and his tail around Leon's waist, pulling him close.

"I told you it'd be alright, besides, if anyone should stay in the bed it's you.  You're stressing yourself out."  Emil pointed out.  Leon pouted and buried his face in Emil's shoulder.

"..."

"Come on Lion~"  Emil said playfully as he smirked.  Leon blushed but pulled his face up, being met with a gentle kiss.  When Emil pulled away, Leon pouted.

"What's with the pout?"  Emil asked.  Leon just moved a hand down and placed it over the small bump known as Emil's stomach.

"I just don't want anything to happen to you or our kitten."  Leon mumbled as he glanced down at the bump, gently rubbing it.  Emil let out a defeated sigh.

"Stop worrying over the whole thing and just take the time to enjoy it."  Emil said, feeling content watching and feeling Leon rub his barely showing belly.  "Nothing's going to happen to me just by doing a few errands which I'd like to be able to do them before I swell up and can't."  Emil said in an exasperated voice.  Leon looked away from the bump and up at Emil, smirking.

Leon moved so he was now hovering over Emil, his tail wrapped around Emil's, rubbing against it.  Emil moaned.

"Leon... What are you-"  Emil was silenced by a kiss.  When they broke apart, Leon licked his lips.

"Just making it so you can't get out of bed Icy~"  Leon said as he went in for another passionate kiss, pulling the blankets over the two to leave Emil no escape.

"Icy,"  Leon whispered in a husky voice in Emil's ear.  "How about we give our kitten some siblings~?"  Emil looked up at Leon, eyes half lidded with a blush on his face.

"..."  Though Emil was silent, Leon's question was answered by the feeling of Emil's tail wrapping around his waist.

"Siblings it is,"  Leon said before going in for another kiss.
