Gabe hates Nico because he blames Nico for Bianca's death, and often yells at him about it. Nico believes him. At age 12, Gabe left Nico on the streets of New York, with barely anything. Because of this he trusts barely anyone and had very good reflexes. Before that he was at a recovery camp, but left after a few weeks due to bullying. He's good in street fighting.
