Okay now I'm quite a nice person and these are the rules:

1.You can use ocs.I would say...Four is the max Ocs.

2.You can be a country that is already in the show/Manga,I'll have a list on the chapter labeled Countries!..this also includes 2p! And Nyotalia characters.I would say three is good...

3.GRAMMAR.Try and use it properly unless the character isn't suppose to talk with perfect English.EXAMPLES.

"Vhat are jou doing there Italia?!"

Germany,Austria and Prussia have an accent that makes their W's sound like v's and their y's like j's sometimes...

4.Okay...Smut is allowed.I don't really mind it anywhere but it's kinda preferred in the PMs not really by my just by others who don't want to see it...

5.Please fill out a form!I don't have a life right now so I'll be quick to accept you!

6.No op characters!I swear to JEEBUS.If one of y'all comes up with something crazy just nullify their awesomeness for me?K thanks.
