RusAme: Fairly Local

Ello guys! I'm trying to get work done, but it could go better. So, feel free to request some more, I'm doing my best to write as much as I can!

Enjoy this for now though!

I'm fairly local, I've been around
I've seen the streets you're walking down
I'm fairly local, good people now

Ivan had walked down these streets a million times. On the corner of the street, in front of the bakery, he'd fought someone before, because they'd bullied his sister, Katyusha.

I'm evil to the core
What I shouldn't do I will
They say I'm emotional
What I wanna save I'll kill
Is that who I truly am?
I truly don't have a chance
Tomorrow I'll keep a beat
And repeat yesterday's dance

Everyone always whispered about Ivan. They said he was dangerous, he acted too much on his emotions, that'd he'd kill anyone in his way. That he'd never change, that he'd always stay the creepy bastard he was now. They spread rumors, and people actually believed them.

Yo, this song will never be on the radio
Even if my clique were to pick and the people were to vote
It's the few, the proud, and the emotional
Yo, you, bulletproof in black like a funeral
The world around us is burning but we're so cold
It's the few, the proud, and the emotional

Ivan was lonely. He couldn't care less about the world around him, and he ignored the whispers. He didn't have much friends, the only ones he really had besides his sisters were Raivis, Toris and Eduard, who were also afraid of him.

I'm fairly local, I've been around
I've seen the streets you're walking down
I'm fairly local, good people now

Ivan was a good and kind person, and he'd helped multiple people, and he was always trying to be as nice as possible. But, somehow people only remembered the times where he beat up people, and not even the reasons for that.

I'm not evil to the core
What I shouldn't do I will fight

He always tried to refrain from actually beating people up, and it had worked. He was often angry, but he always kept it to himself and took it out on the cushions of his couch back at his home, or the trees in the forest nearby.

I know I'm emotional
What I wanna save I will try
I know who I truly am
I truly do have a chance
Tomorrow I'll switch the beat
To avoid yesterday's dance

Ivan had tried to change. Tried to become less affected by what people thought about him, tried to be a different person than yesterday. It never worked, but Katyusha said that if you try hard enough, you can accomplish anything. So he'd kept trying.

Yo, this song will never be on the radio
Even if my clique were to pick and the people were to vote
It's the few, the proud, and the emotional
Yo, you, bulletproof in black like a funeral
The world around us is burning but we're so cold
It's the few, the proud, and the emotional

Ivan turned around the corner, deep in thought. He was pulled out of his thoughts when he saw something happening in front of him.

A blonde guy with a cowlick and glasses was kicking another guy with shoulder-long, wavy blond hair. Another guy with blond hair, a weird curl on his head and glasses had covered his face with his hands.

I'm fairly local, I've been around

Ivan approached the group, and he heard the one with the cowlick growl: "Keep your filthy hands off my brother, you pervert." Ivan came closer, and pulled the blonde backwards, so he couldn't reach the blond on the ground anymore. "Don't." He said, and the other stopped struggling to break from Ivan's grasp.

I've seen the streets you're walking down

"Walk away." Ivan told the assaulted man, who did as he said. Ivan turned to the other two. The guy with the cowlick was clearly displeased. "He was touching my brother Matthew. Why did you let him go?" He asked.

I'm fairly local, good people now

"I did the same once. Now people whisper." Ivan told him. "I'm Ivan."

"I'm Alfred, and I'm fairly new here. We were just walking around when that filthy piece of shit started touching Mattie all of a sudden." Alfred explained.

I'm fairly local, I've been around

"I've been here for a long time. I could show you around a bit, tell you where to go and who to talk to."

I've seen the streets you're walking down

"But I wouldn't go around beating everyone up who looks at you weird. I didn't, and I still have a reputation."

I'm fairly local, good people now

"Oh? You don't look so bad, I'd say." Alfred said.

"Was that a compliment? If you live here, you'll know soon enough what I did." Ivan replied, a sad look on his face.

Yeah

I'm fairly local, good people now

"You look like a good person." Alfred said. Matthew had already started to walk further down the road.

Good people now

"I try to be, but it doesn't always work out."

Good people now

"Well, I have to go. See you later, Ivan!" Alfred smiled brightly and ran after Matthew. Once he'd caught up, he turned around and waved once more, before talking to Matthew.

"Yeah... See you later, Alfred."

Okay, that turned out a whole lot worse than I wanted it to be. Anyways, I hope you somehow enjoyed that.
