Look at picture above for AU explanation. If not, Read the bold. In this au, Each person is born with a tattoo. When you fall in love with someone, Their tattoo appears on your body. Each tattoo is special and unique. I figured this was the best for Gerita as Italy loved Holy Rome before. I'm not going with the Holy Rome is Germany theory, so they're going to be different people. Also, I'm adding that the tattoo scars up when the love passes away. ANYWAYS, Enjoy!

Feliciano Vargas was born with a beautiful tattoo, just like everyone else. His special tattoo was on his left shoulder and was spaghetti with exactly 2 meatballs. Feli has always loved pasta, and would cook it for his family restaurant. His older brother was the manager of the restaurant, called La Salsiccia Italiana. Feliciano's older brother, Lovino, had a tattoo of a tomato. Although both boys had their own tattoos, they both had another as well. Lovino had a beautiful turtle from his boyfriend, and now fiancé, Antonio Fernandez Carriedo. Lovino loved to show off his turtle, located on his arm, while Antonio showed off his tomato, located on his calf.

Don't get him wrong, Feliciano loved that his brother had found love. The only problem was his tattoo. Not only did he have his pasta, He also had a little push broom. Most people think he is a very lucky person when he tells them. That was the case when he was little, until the end of high-school. Feli always knew Gabriel would have to go to war, but he didn't expect this to happen. Before he even got the letter, He felt his tattoo become bumpy and scabby. He knew what that had to mean. That meant that Gabriel was no longer in this world. That he had shuffled off this mortal coil. That Gabriel, Feliciano's first love for most of his life, was dead. Feliciano cried and bawled and sobbed and grieved for a full year, before returning to college for a culinary degree. 

Feliciano never forgot Gabriel and was always convinced love just wasn't for him. He, of course, supported Lovino finding love and always cared about his relationship status. Feliciano always tried not to cry when he had to look at that push broom. It would have been easier to ignore if it weren't sitting right on his chest, where his heart is. Feliciano smiled as he went to work. Gabriel's tattoo was always a little visible through his uniform, and he knew it would be something to remember him by. Feliciano always had the same shift every day: Come in at 6, Help open at 6:30, Work until lunch break at 11:30, work until dinner break at 7:00, Help close at 8. Sure, He worked a lot, but he always had the same customer come in at 4:30, when no one else was around. 

The mysterious man came in every day and always looked the same. Green uniform, Slicked back blonde hair, and eyes that looked more bello than all the sapphires Feliciano had seen. It wasn't long before Feliciano found a small little potato settled on his hip. He took a lot of pride in his potato. Well, It was the man's potato. What made Feliciano mad was that he never took the time to learn the man's name. So he decided the next day when the man walked in, Feliciano would talk with him. 

The next day, When the well-built man came through the door, Feliciano grabbed his usual order that he had pre-readied: A simple coffee with a plate of wurst. Feliciano spilt a little coffee on himself as he sat down and placed it on the table, sitting across from the man. "Ciao! I'm Feliciano Vargas! I work here and I see you every day and I was wondering if I could learn a little more about you. It's nice to meet you!" The man was a little startled but cleared his throat quickly.

"Hallo, I am Ludvig Beilschmidt, vith a w. It's very nice to meet you. Are you zhe one zhat makes zhe food here? It's sehr gut." Feliciano noticed his heavy German accent that author tried to type. Feliciano knew at that moment he was going to woo this German man. He would win him over. Feliciano smiled and nodded. Ludwig smiled and nodded.

After Ludwig left and payed for his bill, Feliciano noticed a little note on the table. As Feliciano neared the note, he looked it over:

Feliciano smiled and sighed. Feliciano and Ludwig soon went on many dates. As time went on, Feliciano learned to let Ludwig fix his broken heart and fix him. What Feliciano didn't know was that Gabriel was always watching over him, and was so happy to be able to see Feliciano grow up strong and happy.
