The good things and the bad things about movie night (Fem!Germany/Italy)

** attackonfangirls16  requested Fem!Germany/Italy at a scary movie so I'm writing that too! Thank you ☺️ // so the movie I chose for them to watch is the Exorcist (the 70s version); fun fact is that my mom was convinced by some friends to go see it in the theater but she doesn't like scary stuff so she just closed her eyes for mostly the whole time  **

Louise sat down on the couch with a sigh. She had work to do. She really should be doing it too. Feliciano could make her do things she might regret later (not like that, get your heads out of the gutter!), and this was just one of those times. Speaking of which, the man in question came in with a bowl of something, and a homemade blanket.

"Popcorn...?"

He sat down next to her. "No silly, it's pasta!" She sighed, half in amusement, as he pulled the blanket around them. And he leaned in a little closer than normal. Who said anything about him was normal though? He brought pasta to a movie night after all.

"I should've guessed." Louise said. "Ja, all right. So what did you bring to watch, hm?"

He leaned over to reach the Tv and she shivered as his arm brushed against hers. But... That meant nothing. "Oh, it was a movie Alfred leant me! He said it was really fun!"

Louise was immediately suspicious. "And what's this 'fun' movie called?"

"'The Exorcist'!"

Her eyes widened. "Feliciano, that is a graphic horror movie! Alfred F. Jones was probably too chicken to watch it and wants to test it out on you!"

Feli frowned. "I don't think he would do that... Ve~ he's really nice, Lou..."

She sighed again. "Of course you would think that. Now I won't get scared, but are you absolutely sure you want to watch this? Lovino isn't here to go crawling into bed with if you get scared!"

He tilted his head. "Wouldn't I just go to you...?"

"Nein." She most certainly didn't flush pink at his answer. Feli didn't notice, and instead just nodded, leaning back against the couch. "All right," Louise answered, putting in the DVD. Don't say I didn't warn you, she thought darkly, as the menu started to play.

** the author has never actually seen the exorcist so forgive me if I get some things wrong thx **

Feli had already retreated multiple times under the blanket. His bare feet were pressed up against Louise's and for once she didn't mind.

"Mein gott..." The little girl who was possessed by Satan had already pissed on the carpet and told her family they were going to die; she had crawled down the stairs backwards and threw up blood; she had already swore at the priests.

Feli pulled the blankets up over his head in terror. The girl then proceeded to stab herself with a crucifix in her--

"OKAY that's enough." Louise grabbed the tv clicker and shut it off, forcing the room back into dark. She could hear both of their breathing, heavy and scared.

At least she hoped it was their own breathing...

No, stop it. She was sensible. She wasn't about to let some movie scare her like this! Even if it was based off of a true story...

Dammit.

"L-L-Louise?" Feli whimpered, poking his head out from the blankets. His face was literally white. "I-I know what y-you said about not sleeping with you but that was really really really scary and--"

And she didn't blame him. That was extremely bad, worse than she expected. Silently, she opened up the blankets and he wrapped his arms around her tightly. And she wasn't about to let go... Even if there weren't monsters.
