Appearance: Hubert has short very light grey hair with bangs that slightly hang down in his face. He has a pale complexion and dark indigo colored eyes. His right eye sports a long scar that runs from faintly above his eyebrow, skips over his eye, and runs down the length of his cheek to stop just below the back of his jawline nearly under his ear.
Hubert has a strong build with a more athletic physique (though it isn't always noticeable right away). He bears many scars though most are hidden behind layers of bandages that he never takes off. The most prominent being heavy burn scars from bombing and his city's burning in 1944. These stretch all over his left arm and shoulder and across his upper torso as well as his right leg from the knee down to his ankle.
His wardrobe is rather bland to most and consists of a steel-static-grey T-shirt under a dark brown jacket with the collar popped up and dark Prussian-blue pants. He wears a black belt with a silver buckle sporting an uncolored design of the Prussian flag as well as black ankle-high steel-toed combat boots that have obviously seen better days.

Personality: gruff, strong-willed, somewhat lazy, and apathetic to most situations Hubert isn't exactly your friendly neighbor. He prefers to stay out of the conflicts of others unless they involve him directly or pertain to those few he actually likes being around. Hubert can be described as the strong silent type, though most would probably find him to be an uncaring jerk. As this is how he portrays himself, no he's not he's not actively trying to get people to leave him alone (though he does do that if he feels it need be done) he just really is that way.
When not beating the ever loving life out of a punching bag (his way of venting) Hubert can often be seen lounging around carelessly, most of the time on his own couch. As he doesn't usually care for the business of others it can take quite some persuading or motivation to get him to move or do otherwise.
In most cases if Hubert finds someone to be annoying or just doesn't particularly care for conversing or being around them he will simply walk away. But there are times when, if not left alone, he will have no hesitation in punching said person. He has no care of they are a man or a woman, as such morals don't matter to him. Hubert never lets his true emotions show no matter the situation and usually bottles them up until he explodes, as he has no one with which to talk of such personal matters in order to vent. To the majority of people talking to Hubert is akin to trying to get an old brick wall to have a decent conversation with you.

-fighting, he's quite adaptable and is far stronger than one might assume (think Captain America strong plus the added strength of being a nation)
