Appearance: Taller than her counterpart Ali'ikai stands at about 5'6 with a strong swimmer's build and a dark sunburnt complexion. She has long, slightly wavy, hair that is such a dark brown it appears to be black and ends at her waist. She has golden-brown eyes and like Iolana also has tattooed lips and chin.
Her attire usually consists of something she can easily go swimming in and is all around comfortable yet functional. When not swimming she usually sports a long thin dress that is red and falls to just below her ankles, the top portion is a darker shade of red than the dress' skirt and is sleeveless with straps that come around and tie behind her neck. Ali'ikai can almost always be seen barefoot unless the occasion calls for otherwise and isn't too fond of wearing shoes, again unless need be.
Down the length of her right arm, from shoulder to wrist, is a long and detailed jellyfish tattoo. She has two other tattoos as well: a bold sun on her left shoulder and a hibiscus between two orchids that flow down the side of her left calf.
Her hands are callused from a lifetime of hard work and she retains various small scars from her past but is otherwise unmarked. Ali'ikai is fond of many kinds of traditional jewelry that are made of thing found in nature and can often be seen wearing a necklace or two of shells and small wood carved pendants and well as hanging jade earrings shaped into sea turtles that were given to her as a gift.

Personality: Calm, collected, and observant Ali'ikai has learned through many centuries to control her outward emotions and learn both sides of a situation before taking action. She has earned a reputation among her people as a wise and generous leader who is capable of forgiveness but at the same time finds fault with those who show or do terrible wrong. She does not command respect but in most cases has earned it and thus returns it as well.
Her true emotions are hidden well and she only lets them be known to family or those she trusts. Take away her level-headed and cool exterior and she is a passionate inquisitive mind with a thirst and hunger to know the who, what, when, where, and why of things. She is also kind and willing to help those in need should they require her assurance. Though she keeps most of her questions to herself, as not to overwhelm or bother others, if something nags at her enough she will speak it without hesitation, though in a respectful manner. Different cultures especially intrigue her and she is constantly asking her siblings, like Moana, about their ways of life.
Friendly and motherly by nature she is willing to allow others into her home and amongst her people as long as they don't cause trouble. For as caring and just as she may be Ali'ikai will not tolerate disrespectfulness or insensitivity and has been known to not only out her foot down at such but personally deal out punishment for it as well. Though it is relatively hard to truly anger her doing such would be a surefire way to meet her temper.

Other: Ali'ikai loves deep sea diving and has even landed a job once as a diving instructor. She also is adept at spearfishing along the coast of her islands and from doing such for so long can even walk on the seafloor periodically with no gear and without coming up frequently for air. As a pastime she has picked up surfing from some of her younger kin and now excels at it, though she doesn't enter competitions. She is also an avid lover of the canoe and can sail solitarily in one across to any of the Hawai'ian islands and back with little effort.
