After ww2 sealand wasn't useful and died but he lives as a ghost and doesn't remember dying

He is a human child that Finland and Sweden adopted and he lives longer because they got England to put a spell on him

After ww2 sealand became a memory nation who can travel between living and dead, same as Prussia

After ww2 sealand became England, Finland, Sweden's captial/city's

After he died he rebirth as a human who could never grow.

The boy plays with Latvia and helps him with Russia
