Moscow and the Baltic Capitals go to Siberia
Moscow: "Riga? Vilnius? Tallinn? This is going to be fun, da?"
The capitals of (in order) Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia, who are Vilnius, Tallinn, and Riga, are going to Siberia, Russia. But they only tagged along was because Moscow (terrified the heck out of them) asked them. Once they reached the frozen air city of Siberia, they book themselves a hotel room.
Moscow: "Do you want to look around the place? This town is beautiful, isn't it?"
Vilnius: "Y-You mean, you haven't looked around before-?"
Moscow: "...What?"
Vilnius knew what the tone meant for her. Her mind depicted the threatening haze wafting around Moscow and it made her body colder than it was earlier.
Vilnius: "U-Uh, I mean, sure! W-Why not?"
Moscow: "Oh, my, are you still cold?"
Vilnius looked around frantically as Moscow came near her with one of the hotel's blankets. Riga and Tallinn had left to get food, so they said. Moscow didn't notice it before, Vilnius had thought beforehand, but everyone in Siberia kind of backed away from her, splitting into a path for her. Moscow had pinned it as a kind gesture, but they didn't explain it to her.
Vilnius: "I-I'm okay! It's...it's just something...I got to get used to...!"
She stared at Vilnius for a few seconds. Then she smiled, drawing away with the blanket, which made Vilnius long the supposedly warm cover. She just didn't want to get near Moscow.
Moscow: "That's a nice training, Vilnius. You can come along with me, right?"
Vilnius: "...yes..."
After stepping back out into the cold towns-area, Moscow starts wandering around, taking in the sights in peace, with Vilnius waddling a distance toward her. Moscow, every once in awhile, would glance at Vilnius, while she wasn't paying attention to her. She wonders if Vilnius was doing okay and had wanted to give her a hug or something. But whenever she got close, Vilnius would claim to see something pretty in the store windows and rush over, pressing her hands against the warm glass, heated from the inside.
Moscow: "Vilnius? Are you alright?"
Vilnius: "I-I'm f-f-fine! J-Just...needs...some g-getting...u-used to..."
Moscow: "If you're cold, you know you can just tell me-"
Vilnius: "I-I SAID I AM FINE!!!"
Not thinking what she was doing, Vilnius shoves Moscow away from her with every ounce of the power of adrenaline she had inside her scared-to-death-and-ice body. Moscow falls to the ground at the sudden surprise of the impact that Vilnius used against her. Staring up at her in disbelief, her knuckle holding her shovel turns white underneath her glove.
Vilnius: "...U-Uh...o-o-oh...no...no...no, no, no, no..."
If Vilnius was scared then, it did not come close to the fear she felt now. Off of instinct, she spun around and took off into the city's streets, disappearing into the floating snow.
Moscow: "Vilnius! VILNIUS! Come back here!!!"
Moscow scrambled up, brushing off the snow as she ran in the direction that disappeared in. The floating snow started rushing and before she knew it, a small flurry had built up. Pretty soon after about 20 minutes, there was already a mini blizzard.
Moscow: (M-Maybe she's back the hotel. Yeah, that's where she is.)
Moscow stopped at the thought. She was worried. Really worried. Yes, Vilnius and pretty much every other capital in the world aside from Rome was outright frightened of Moscow. Apparently, everything about her was scary, no matter what she did to be kind or considerate. Vilnius was probably one of the must terrified, considering she's in the same house as her. Moscow wonders if she'd go anywhere near her if she did try to save her. Tired, she trudged dejectedly back to the hotel.
Riga/Tallinn: "M-M-Miss Moscow!!! You're back!"
Moscow: "Vilnius. Where is Vilnius....!?"
Her face showed ridged and cold as she stumbled into the hotel room. This face terrified Riga and Tallinn. Moscow made them interpret that she was out for Vilnius' blood and she probably ran away. But if Moscow was anything, she was scared probably more than Riga and Tallinn put together. She was scared that she might be the reason that Vilnius might be dead because she wasn't in the room.
Moscow: "WHERE IS VILNIUS!?"
Tallinn: "W-We...though she...she was with...you..."
Moscow: "She isn't here?!"
Riga: "...sorry..."
Not wanting to hear anything more, she ran out of the room and dashed down to the lobby. While she was doing this, she ran into someone unexpected, going through the outside door.
*BAM*
Moscow/???: "AH-!!!"
Moscow: "Urgh...sorry, I'm in a hurry-!"
Rome: "Moscow...? Ah! Are you alright?!"
Moscow: "What? Huh!? Rome!? What are you doing here?! W-Well, that's not-no, I have to go!"
Rome: "W-Where are you going!? Hey, wait! I can help!"
Moscow: "What...?"
Rome reached out and grabbed Moscow by the scarf which instantly made her stop, in fear of having her scarf come undone. Turning around, facing Rome in surprise to see her looking very serious but very worried, her eyes open and nervous.
Rome: "Where are you going? Can I help...?"
Her vision blurred and she could barely make out Rome's silhouette in the lights of the hotel. Small tears pricked the corners of her eyes, which made Rome drop her scarf and rush up to wipe them away.
Rome: "Whoa! Whoa! What happened!?"
Moscow: "It's...It's...it's Vilnius. She pushed me then ran away and she isn't in the hotel."
Rome: "Wh-What?! Out in this cold!? Well, come on! We have to go find her!!! I'll go this way! You'll go that way! You have your phone!? Good! Let's go!"
Moscow: "Wh-what-?"
But Rome had already dashed off, tapping what appears to be Vilnius' phone number as she ran. Moscow stared dumbfounded for a few seconds before shaking her head and running off in the direction that Rome directed.
