Welcome to the {DC with Ottawa and the World!} section!

You made it! Or maybe you skipped ahead to here! So I welcome you!

This section in the story is basically about the capital of our hero America, the Washington District of Colombia, DC and her sweet, innocent maple-loving Canadian capital of a little sister, Ottawa. Some capitals like the Axis Girls, London and Paris might make an appearance.

As you guys might think,

DC is a very charismatic capital who was an unlimited supply of confidence and french fries. She's really carefree and has a habit of butting in her own ideas during conferences which kind of irks other capitals off. Despite her rowdy style and loud voice, she's very powerful and well-placed among other capitals of certain nations. As like everyone else, she has her own typical snap side. Though, as recorded no one has seen it ever since the American Revolution in 1783. DC and Berlin were both a bit older due to the fact that they kind of already had a life beforehand, but DC was only 7 years older.

She's a natural, fluent multilingual and she has a tendency to eat whenever she talks during meetings. She's really strong but isn't really known for her speed. DC is quite known for her certain up-from-the-ashes victories but not all of her wins are always like that. Her appearance and voice match her canon Fem! America picture as revealed in Nyotalia from the anime Hetalia.

Country: United States of America/USA/America

Ottawa is a very shy and soft sounding girl. The only ones who really acknowledge her existence is the capital of the country who first colonized her country, Paris and sometimes her older sister DC. Ottawa really wishes that DC would remember her name for more than a couple short hours, though she's a little happy that she tries and kind of remembers her face. Kind of. She carries around a small polar bear named Kimijiru who's just about as shy as she is. Due to having to carry a bear with her she's nearly as strong as DC (but she's still able to beat Ottawa in arm wrestling).

She can speak French, can make some very good pancakes and homemade maple syrup and superior cuisine due to the fact that she was raised by her first colonizer, Paris. She's moderately strong but is a little faster than DC. She tends to fade away in the background, which, according to DC is useful for sneak attacks with the element of surprise. If she can put enough 'surprise' in her attacks. Her appearance and voice match her canon Fem! Canada picture as revealed in Nyotalia from the anime Hetalia.

Birthdate: September 26th, 1826

Country: Canada

Personally, I consider them, London and Paris (don't worry, those guys are gonna come up) to be one of the saddest families in this...um, AU, I guess. DC and Ottawa are great siblings. DC though has a very sad backstory about why she can't remember Ottawa that well and why Ottawa can't remember why that is and everyone else.

There's also some backstory with them and the capital Manila and his country Philippines! If you guys have ever read Philippines' Wiki, you might know their relationship! I might give her a personal background story later on, but right now, I gotta focus more on Ottawa and DC.

I hope you guys love these sisters as much as I do!
