He did the unspeakable. He fanboyed. Just, just imagine him fanboying over a cute, little puppy for hours.

Prussia:
Same as Ludwig, but with comparing. He compares Gilbird to the puppy, mostly saying that Gilbird is better.

England:
He liked the puppy, even though he's a cat person. But like I said, he liked the puppy nonetheless.

America:
He made sure the dog was pure American breed, and lukily, she is. Or else, he had threw the poor puppy out.

Russia:
He's also a slightly bit of patriotic, so when he saw it was a Siberian Husky, he was fine with it.

Canada:
The dog was forcibly sent to your parents' house after almost being eaten by Kumajirou.
