Italy Veneziano: A Thousand Words
You were walking along the pavement walkway of the park, until you were pulled into a car and was blindfolded. You just went silent even until the car went into a stop, and was pushed into the backyard since you felt the grass under your shoe again. The blindfold was removed from your eyes, and as soon as your eyes adjusted you gasped. There stood Feliciano with a rose, and a picture...wait, a painting of you and Feliciano was beside him. Tears welled in your eyes, he...still want you back. He approached you and gave you the rose. A kiss on your forehead and a gentle voice that were his said those words that you always wanted to hear.
"I'm very sorry, amore mio. Please be mine again?" A nod made him hug you to hell.

Italy Romano: Colorful Voices
You walked along the streets, until you came across a familiar mansion. Lights came from the backyard so curiosity came over you, being the asshole you were, you went to the light. Tears welled in your eyes as you saw a sight that killed you. Heart cuts were hanged on the tree and Christmas lights coated the tree's leaves. A song started playing, your favorite; Dreaming Alone by Against the Current. Letter cut-outs were sticked on the tree.
"Be...my...idiota...ragazza...again?"-You read, and there Lovino hugged you from behind. "So what do you say, ragazza?"-You heard him say. An involuntary nod came from you, you missed him so much. A kiss on the lips, is the initiation of a new beginning.

Germany: Sticky Notes
It's been 7 days since you've been getting sticky notes on your front door. And everyday there's a new word, and from time to time it's been forming a sentence.
"I'm...very...sorry...please...be...mine... again?"-Before your mind begins thinking, a knock on your door was heard. You went to the door and opened a big surprise. There stood Ludwig with 4 balloons all in (F/C) color. It all wrote something, and after immediately deciphering it, you found out it wrote; 'Ich liebe dich, (Name)'. You hugged him and replied, "Ja, Ich liebe dich auch!".

Prussia: Right?
The sounds of pebbles hitting your window was heard, and when you checked who it was...you were surprised. There stood Gilbert with a sign that says;
"I'm sorry."
He changed it from time to time, and when put together he wrote;
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to kiss him. Ich liebe dich, (Name)! I miss you so damn much, please be mein prinzessin again!"-After reading that you closed the window and ran downstairs. He must've misunderstood it as rejection cause he's walking away. The rain poured but you didn't care, you ran and hugged him from behind. You turned him and pulled his collar, you got the sign that says 'Ich liebe dich' and showed it to him once you pulled back. He hugged you so tight and peppered your face with kisses.

Japan: Like...
Something almost impossible happened today, and that is Kiku hugging you. He wouldn't let go once he reached your house in America. He brought anime merchandise with him and showed them one by one.
"I may never be perfect like Death The Kid..."-He said as he showed a figurine of the said character. "Nor can I slay titans like Levi..."-Once again, showed a figurine of said character. "But I do know I can love you like what Kiku can."-He said as he kissed your forehead. "Be mine again, onegai?"-He asked, rather nervously. You nodded, an once again he trapped you in a hug.11

England: Magic
Arthur told you to go to the park through magic, and told you to get dressed. You were did as told as friends and you went to the park dressed gorgeously. When you reached there, you were surprised. There stood Arthur with a book and the gentle song of A Thousand Years was played. He signaled you to come closer and you did, he chanted a spell from his book and raised his wand. A timeline of all the good memories were presented, he whispered something from behind you and your eyes widened.
"Please be mine again?"-You practically yelled a yes and went to hugging each other.2

America: Forever and A Day
You were jogging, until a sight stopped you. There was Alfred sitting on the concrete pavement and is writing on a whiteboard, something like be...mine...and again. You turned to look behind you and everyone was whispering.
"Isn't she the girl in the pictures he showed?"-They keep on whispering. So the message was for you. As a response you approached Alfred and hugged him. You kissed him and he stopped crying, and smiled. You both held hands and exited the park.

Russia: Oh Darling...

You were just lazing around the house, minding your own business watching (Favorite T.V show) when you heard a *ping* from your phone, it was from him. The green text bubble said "Come to the door please" and just seconds after you heard a knock at your door. You froze up, scared that he was going to hurt you again, he rung your door bell,

you didn't respond

He texted you again

you didn't respond.

After a couple rinse and repeats you unlocked the door shaking in fear of what might come. 

And what came was completely unexpected on your behalf. 

You were grabbed into a tight, and warm embrace making you stiff as a board, sometimes he'd do this just so you'd cower in fear of him when he hit you. He felt how tense you were and frowned, you still shivered in fear of him, much like how children would stay silent in classrooms for fear of being hit with metal rulers. 

He let go of you letting you regain your breath, falling down to his knees he held out a fresh bouquet of (favorite flowers) tied with a (f/c) ribbon. You took them in one hand, he grabbed the free one and held it tenderly in his larger one. He looked up at you with puffy red eyes, with these dark purple and blue rings beneath them, similar to the ones you'd gained because of him, but a lot darker like he'd had them for months.

"Oh любимый, " his voice was raspy and dry, you keeled down to his level and held his cheek, he grasped you hand. "Please, please believe me, i'll never do you any harm anymore." he was beginning to tear up, along with you, "B-because when i read that note I nearly broke down and cried." at this point crystal tears were dripping down your face like water dripping out of a faucet.

he grabbed you closer to him, burying his face in your hair, "Please forgive me sunflower, i promise, i'll love you and protect you, and i'll NEVER EVER hurt you again!"

You pressed his forehead to yours intertwining your fingers, "Okay i'll give you a second chance."

He smiled and hugged you again.

Canada: Sorry
An expected knock was heard, an once again there was Matthew holding a bouquet of teddy bears and chocolate.
"I'm sorry, please be mine again?"-This isn't the first time he tried, the other two was door slamming an unexpected kisses. So this was the final one, the last straw. If you rejected him again, he'll break down. He was expecting a slap, but all that happened was a sloppy kiss. Tears fell from her eyes, and once she pulled away for air sh hugged him and nodded. They happily ate the chocolate together.
