You and Feliciano was slowly fading away. He didn't had time for you because of his meetings. So you planned to go to his mansion. You suddenly got suspicious when you were almost there. Because when you got to park, the car that was parked there, doesn't look like his. Also, the maids and butler were making you leave. You didn't listen to them and stomped your way in. You stopped when you went up the stairs and heard noises.
"Ludwig~! Come on! (Name) won't notice we did something~!" You heard the familiar voice of your lover. This may have broke you, but you still listened.
"Feliciano, your drunk, we all know that you love (Name) very, very much." You heard an unfamliar voice with a German accent. "No I don't! You're way better than her~!" He said that made your heart break into pieces. You left the residence and went back home. You texted Feli immediately;+

"I'm breaking up with you." and before he say anything, you slammed the door at his face.

You got back to the hotel room you both rented for your monthsary after buying pizza.. You were expecting a really sweet gesture coming from your awesome boyfriend, but you recieved something far different. You heard noises coming from your bedroom and you were curious at what was happening in there. You thought that he was trying to surprise you with something. But you world crashed when you heard another guy's voice. The sound he was making doesn't sound like they're having normal converstions. The guy was moaning! You immediately opened the door, and there it was. The sight that killed you. Gilbert and some guy both half naked and Glibert was on top. As you assumed they were making out since Glibert's head was at his neck before both of them parted.
"I'm very sorry for interupting, but could you do it at a different room?" You deadpaned. "(Name)...I-I can explain!" He stuttered. You removed the ring you both kept and gave it to him. His face was broken. "No...please!" He yelled giving back to you the ring, which you declined. "I think it's best if we break up." You said and started packing earlier than the recquired time.5

Japan: Fading
Both of your feelings are fading and you need to go back in USA. But when you told him you're going in USA, he started freaking out an slapped you. He said that you were cheating on him, which got you confused so you both broke up.6

England: Hell of a Git
There was this one guy that you dislike most of the time. His name is Francis Bonnefoy, he annoys the f*ck out of you. He has this disgusting thing for Arthur. And Arthur also hates him, so you thought it was nothing. But you were so wrong. You went to the cafe shop where you and Arthur first met. You didn't expect it. Arthur kissed Francis right infront of you. When they pulled away, you slapped Arthur and broke up with him.

America: Traitor
You and Alfred started fighting very often. And he started calling you very disturbing names too. So you started feeling quite uncomfortable with him. To go as far as leave America. He stopped texting you and you stopped too. You considered it as a break-up, but he considered that you were busy. A few months later he started showing you his love again, but you grew accustomed on having a cold heart and broke up with him, officially.

Russia: Idk what to call this

Ivan had been treating you roughly lately to say the least. He'd been treating you very uncaring lately and had erm... laid a couple "uncaring" hands on you too, mainly across the face. He'd lowered your self esteem to its lowest point and made you feel self-conscious and ugly in everything you wore and treated you like you were stupid after every action you did. After a while you'd had enough of it, you were sick of feeling like you didn't matter, you were sick of being treated like dirt, AND YOU WERE SICK OF HAVING THE MAN YOU ONCE LOVED TREAT YOU LIKE AN UGLY, USELESS, STUPID, PIECE OF SCHEISSE! So, when he went to one of his world meetings you packed up your things and left, not saying or suggesting anything, you just left. And all you had to say to him was in a small note saying,"Dear Ivan,I'm sorry that it had to come to this but I just can't handle this anymore. You used to be a kind, sweet, caring, man but, now you're nothing but a foul-mouthed monster. Please understand that I'm leaving because of what you've done NOW in the PRESENT, not in the past. When they pulled away. You broke up with him and bought all the things needed.
