In the past there was a war and the war was nuclear. The government knows that life wouldn't exist anymore so they built a dome to protect serten people for a very long time. This paradise Last till this day in the year 2099 the people are safe however for those who didn't live in the dome we're mutated into animals, creature, have abilities or even  mutated into plant like .  You lived in the dome and oblivious about what happened outside, but your curious about it and want to go explore but you couldn't or can you?
