Nedzu sits in his office staring at an envelope that was given to him by a lawyer not two hours ago. He takes a small letter opening knife and cuts the top off of the letter and pulls out the document within. The letter entails the issues with the law regarding the custody that Izuku and Ochako have of Eri after the event. It doesn't entail any other knowledge of what had happened to the girl turning herself into a baby with her quirk. Nedzu leans back in his chair and sighs deeply not wanting to deal with the problem before monologuing to himself of the possible options.

"Someone is behind this... I was given permission from the government to allow my institution to retain custody of Midoriya Eri. They had assured me that there would be no issues with this but the letter claims otherwise. Damnit. I don't want to have to put her in an orphanage because the villains would just find her. Then there's the matter of her condition, her quirk apparently rewinds the target permanently so she's stuck as an infant." Nedzu says to himself looking down at the letter on his desk.

"This has to be a setup in order to get the girl away from UA, well if whoever is behind this is going to exploit legal loopholes... Then so will I, I just need to do some research first. As to anyone who maybe behind this I assume that the League has something to do with this. I'm not going to alert Midoriya and Uraraka they have enough to deal with at the moment caring for the infant. In the meantime... I need to find a way around this so we can keep her under our care without fear of any other legal business that may be exploited by our adversaries." Nedzu says once again before signing into his computer and beginning his research.

With Izuku and Ochako

Izuku wakes up with Ochako sleeping next to him in their now shared dorm, stretching deeply Izuku manages to wriggle his way out of Ochako's grasp before getting up out of their bed. After brushing his teeth and combing his untamable hair, Izuku walks back into the room and greets Eri in her crib as she starts to call for him. "Dada! Dada!" Eri shouts as Izuku smiles and picks her up out of the crib. Eri smiles a toothless wide grin as Izuku picks her up but something catches his attention about her smile. Izuku quickly wakes up Ochako trying to get her attention about their daughter.

"Ochako! Wake up! You need to see this!" Izuku says as Ochako snaps awake and sits up quickly turning to face Izuku to see what's wrong.

"What is it?! What happened Deku?!" She quickly shouts before noticing Izuku holding Eri out in front of him with her smiling at her momma with a small white gleam coming from her grin. "Oh My Gosh! Deku she has her first tooth!!!" Ochako yells as she takes Eri from Izuku causing the baby to laugh as Ochako spins her around.

"M-Mama! Mama!" Eri says making the two smile with the pride of new parents.

"We should head downstairs the others want to spend time with her too." Izuku says as the small family heads down to the common area to see what the others are up to that morning.

Getting down to the common room, the pair are met with the majority of the class hanging about the room relaxing from their training. Eri, placed in her harness on Izuku's chest, begins squealing when she sees the others in the room letting them know that she is there and wants to play. Todoroki walks up to the baby hero in training and takes her from the harness before walking off to the fridge to get her a drinkable applesauce packet since she's starting to eat solids. Izuku walks up to the long couch in the living room and plops himself down on it with Ochako taking her seat in Deku's lap. After conversing with the Deku-squad for a bit Izuku notices that Iida isn't there this morning and asks where he is getting shrugs from the others.

"Has anyone seen Iida? He texted the group chat saying that he has some important news." Ochako asks as the others look around for a second and then shrug.

"If I had to guess I believe he's at the hospital with his brother. Hatsumei had mentioned something about one of her babies able to help his brother walk again." Todoroki says checking his phone for any other texts from Iida.

"I'm surprised that they haven't gotten together yet especially after all Mei has done for him and his brother." Momo says as the door to the dorms opens revealing Iida holding a piece of paper that looks rather important.

"Oh hey, we were just asking where you were. What's the news you were taking about? There's some orange juice on the counter over their in the pitcher if you want some." Izuku says as Iida walks over to the pitcher and pours himself a glass and sits on the couch with the paper in his hand.

"I was in a student government meeting and we were told that UA university is now expanding to incorporate all levels of schooling. They are building a nursery, elementary, jr-high and sr-high on campus so that relatives of students would be under the protection of the heroes at all times. They are even having the parents of the students live on campus from now on incase the villains try to target them as well." Iida says causing Todoroki and Bakugou spit take their water/soda all over the place.

"I understand what Todoroki spit out his drink... but why did Bakugou?" Ochako asks watching Todoroki wipe up the water off of the coffee table and dry off Mineta who was the recipient of the spit take.

"Kacchan and his mom don't get along very well... they argue constantly and has been quoted in saying: "Why can't you act more like Izuku you brat?" or something along those lines." Izuku replies in a deadpan expression.

"It's true, she prefers Deku over me when it comes to the way we act towards others." Bakugou responds before heading back upstairs to change his shirt.

"Well that was interesting... Oh Midoriya All Might wanted to speak with you it seems important." Iida says as Izuku excuses himself from the room much to Ochako's protest of losing her favorite spot.

Izuku exits the dorms heading to All Might's office on the main grounds wondering why he was wanting to be seen by All Might and that Kacchan wasn't involved. Muttering to himself Izuku continues his walk up to the main building to find All Might. Walking through the main building Izuku passes the 1-A classroom seeing Aizawa asleep on his desk in his trademark yellow sleeping bag. He chuckles to himself before making his way to the staff offices and then to a room with All Might's name on the door. Opening the door Izuku is greeted by All Might on his computer with a very concerned expression on his face, Izuku sits down on the couch he usually sits when they talk with one another.

"Do you know of your father?" All Might asks with his fingertips pressed together in front of his face. The sudden question surprises Izuku for a moment before he answers.

"N-no I don't, or at least I don't remember him. My mom always told me that he could breathe fire and had my green eyes and freckles but that's all I know of him." Izuku answers truthfully. Sensing his successor isn't lying All Might turns his monitor around to show Izuku a video of his 2nd birthday.

"Look at the camera Izu!" The audio from the video says as the camera comes into focus to show a younger Izuku. "Hows is our birthday boy?" Inko asks in the background of the video.

"Do you like my gift Izuku?" A masculine voice asks from behind the camera in the video. "I love it papa! I'm just like All Might!" The younger Izuku says happily from the video display.

"Come on dear I'll hold the camera for you."

"You don't have to Inko."

"I insist, this is a special day for Izuku you need to be a part of it. It's not everyday that we can spend time together as a family like this." Inko says as a man with white hair walks into view of the picture and behind Izuku whos smiling with a closed eyed smile. "You're probably right..." Hisashi says as the video cuts off and the room goes silent.

"You were two years old at the time of the recording... Do you truly know who that man in the video is?" All Might asks again but Izuku remains silent. "He is your father... Hisashi Midoriya." All Might says before going silent again.

"The reason I called you here today is to discuss him, his true identity." All Might says walking out from behind his desk holding a flash drive in his hand and sitting down in front of Deku. "Hisashi Midoriya is All for One." All Might says as Izuku's heart drops in his chest.

"We both had no way of knowing this was the case. I even asked your mother if she knew that he was all for one but she told me that she only knew he could breathe fire. I'm not mad at you or your mother or me for that matter but I called you here to give you a warning. You hold All for One and One for All, or at least you hold the genes for both quirks. Now there maybe a chance that you awaken the All for One quirk or you might not. Your kids however will carry the genetics that will give them that quirk." All Might explains as Izuku gives him an absolutely mortified expression.

"W-what d-do I do?" Izuku manages to say looking at his hands in fear of what he may possess. 

"Continue being a hero and the best successor I could ask for." All Might says placing a hand on Izuku's shoulder before the two of them exit the room heading back to the dorms. "And If you get that power then use it to be a hero." All Might says as the two leave the building heading back to the dorms.

Time Skip:

A week later Izuku and Ochako are called into the principal's office to discuss something that had recently come up. Getting to the office, Nedzu ushers them inside before lowering his voice seeing the sleeping Eri in the harness on Ochako's chest. Nedzu motions for them to come in to the room and take a seat in the chairs in front of his desk. After the pair sit down, Nedzu breaks the silence of what the reason is for them to come to his office.

"Now, you two remember that I told you that Eri was under the custody of UA correct?" He asks getting the pair to nod in response. "Well it seems that according to the law an institution can not have custody of a child despite the fact that the government gave me permission to take Eri into our care. Someone, who I assume is with the league, has informed the authorities of this fact and we are now facing a legal matter that may take Eri from us and potentially into the hands of a villain." Nedzu says causing Izuku to audibly grit his teeth in anger at the prospect of a villain getting his daughter.

"Calm yourself young Midoriya there is a way to get around this." Nedzu says trying to get Izuku to calm down. "In order for us to retain custody of young Eri she must be legally adopted by a registered married couple... and that's where you two come in." Nedzu says causing the two to blush profusely and yell "WHAT!??!!?" In response waking Eri who begins to cry before smacking Izuku with her tiny arms.

"Yes, if the two of you get married and officially adopt Eri as your child then the legal matters that befall UA retaining custody of her will be null and void. I'll give you some time to pop the question and then we can process the adoption forms for Eri. You may go back to class and before you leave, the nursery on campus grounds will be completed within the month." Nedzu says as the two get up and leave with their faces shades of red yet to be discovered.
