If the host has enough water, the host can wrap their hair around themselves, because of this, fire based quirks are basically useless against this. The water isn't heavy to the host, and it floats around, the host can't exactly control it fully, but without their permission, it wont get the surrounding area wet.

Quirk Weaknesses: Like water, it attracts lightning, so any lightning based quirks, or electricity in general is extra effective. Sound based quirks, extremely loud sounds and vibrations can cause the water to go out of control, giving the user a major headache. You'd half to use your phone cautiously.
