Chapter 1: First day... of school...

----(Y/N)'s pov----

".... uhg..... sun, go away, five more minutes... " I spoke in a tired moan, using my pillow to hid from the sunlight. I would have stayed like that, but the alarm from the nightstand near my bed went off, so I grabbed it and chucked it across my room.

".... well... now I'm awake.... fuck... " I said begrudgingly as I sat up and rubbed the back of my head, one eye closed due to the sunlight from the window, while the other was open.

Getting off of my bed, I walked to my closet and grabbed my clothes for the day, and I left for the shower. Honestly, things were better when I was just a nobody in people's eyes. Yeah, it sounds depressing and pathetic, but think of what it means when you're a hero! Seriously, it pretty much makes you invisible and untouchable, so to speak.

My smile unfortunately turned into a small frown. ".... but then you had step in and show me the government files with my name on them, ARC... " I said as my computer, ARC, responded to me.

'Sir, it's better to seem normal due to the increase of investigation to figuring out who Ironman is. As the saying goes; "out of sight"... '

I sighed, and turned on the shower. "... out of mind.... but really, school?... couldn't it have been a job at a coffee shop, or even a fast food restaurant?" I said as I scrubbed my hair.

'You'd rather date the barista at the shop near your home, and you'd rather eat than work at a restaurant.'

Sighing in defeat, I turned off the water after a while and grabbed a towel. I grabbed my boxers, than my jeans, belt, and shirt.

'Sir, it is now 6:34 A.M., and school starts at 8:12 A.M. exactly. Would you like me to prep the stove for you while you grab your papers?' ARC asked, and I yawned. "I'd like that very much, ARC. Thanks."

Walking out of the bathroom and to my room, I grabbed my backpack and gloves, and after putting my socks and shoes on, I went to the kitchen to make my breakfast.

"ARC, do you mind turning on the TV, and change it to the news?" I asked as I grabbed a pan and a few eggs.

'Certainly, sir.'

Hearing the screen turn on, I heard what they had to say on what they know about me.

"Investigators are still unable to identify the unknown figure fighting of the giant creature last saturday, and now, more sightings are being reported that they've been rescuing and protecting the citizens of New Haven city.... "

Smiling, I turned to my food, and saw that it was done. Turning off the stove, i went to a nearby cabinet drawer, grabbed a fork, and and began to eat off the pan.

'Sir, I-'

"It's a habit. Don't worry about it." I said while eating. Soon enough, I finished my breakfast, and placed the pan and fork in the sink.

'Sir, don't forget to-'

"-brush my teeth, alright already!" I went to the bathroom sink and grabbed my brush and toothpaste. After about three minutes, I finished with some mouthwash, and then water to get rid of the aftertaste.

"Blegh! What the hell do they use in this thing!?... no use getting mad about it, anyways... "

Grabbing my backpack and keys, I went through the gate, and to the elevator door.... but then I ran back in and grabbed my phone, head phones, and portable charger and cable.

"Almost forgot." I said to myself, and then I ran back outside, and towards the elevator. Oh, yeah, ever lived in a loft? Really spacious apartment for rent, it's amazing.

----timeskip, (Y/N)'s pov----

Getting to school wasn't that big of an issue than what I expected, but to say that it reminded me of those harem animes and fanfics, was an understatement.

"Jesus..... and they say that office buildings are huge, look at this place!!" I said to myself, and soon enough...

'Yes, it is not like other schools from the U.S., I advise that we seek out the front office, first.' ARC's voice made me jump, and thankfully, the surrounding students didn't really notice... but I don't think I needed to be discrete around them.... most of them seemed to be attracted to the girls.

".... I mean, yeah, sure, they're all cute, but, come on.... " I said under my breath, and began to walk around to find the office.... and then I got lost after three minutes.

"Excuse me?"

"Hm?"

I turned around and saw a blonde girl along with a guy with brown hair. They probably could tell that I was lost.

"Are you lost?"

"Uh... yeah, I kinda am.... do you two know where the front office is? I'm a new transfer student, and I didn't get my schedule during sign up... " I rubbed the back of my head in embarrassment. The brown haired guy smiled.

"Yeah, c'mon. I'll lead the way. Name's Issei. This is Asia." The guy now known as issei pointed to the girl next to him, and she had an innocent smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, ... uhhh... I'm sorry, but we didn't catch your name... " She bowed and apologized again, and I chuckled a bit.

"It's alright, I never threw it. Name's (Y/N). (Y/N) stark." I held out my hand and shook issei's, and then asia's. They both led me to what I assumed is the main building, and the office was near it's entrance.

"Here it is. There's some people from the student council as well, so if a staff member isn't there, you'll still have someone to help." He said as he led me to the office door.

"Thanks, you two are lifesavers." I said as issei laughed and asia smiled. "Hey, when someone needs help, I'm not going to just standing around. Right, asia?"

She smiled, and nodded in agreement. "Mmhm!"

We said our goodbyes, and after they leave, I walked in the office, and two girls with glasses saw me walk in.

"Excuse me?"

"Hmm?... oh, hello."

"Hi... I'm the new transfer student."

The girl with short hair began to look at me, her eyes were trailing my body up and down, until she snapped her fingers and smiled. "Oh, (Y/N) stark, correct?"

"Yes, that's me."

"Sona sitri. We've been waiting for you. Tsubaki, would you get his papers and schedule, please?"

"Of course, I'll be right back." Seeing the girl with long hair now known as Tsubaki walk out the room, I looked at sona.

"So, is there anything else you need?" She asked me, and I nodded my head 'no'.

"Not really, just my papers, and whatever else that I didn't get during sign up."

After that, we just stopped talking, and then things just got awkward, real fast. I now know what it was like for Peter when he asked out M.J., and it really fucking sucks. Thankfully, tsubaki came back with my stuff.

"Here you are. All the classes you're taking are listed below the bell schedule, and everything else you need is in the yellow folder."

She handed them over to me, and I thanked her. As soon as I got up and out the door, sona asked for me to wait.

"Excuse me... stark?" Turning around, I had a confused look.

"Yeah?... what is it?" I asked. Sona smiled at me, and responded in a business, but still friendly-like fashion.

"Welcome to kuoh academy."
