Summary: Everybody was stupid with love once, on their first test it's shown where they are capable of not being stupid before they realise or not.

Pairing: Hayagura

"Haya-kun~ Did you do a cool move at practice? Maybe you could teach me!"

"Haya-kun, I made a bento for us! Let's eat it together!"

"Uh...You really fight good, Haya-kun. I know you'll be a great ninja"

"W..what?"

"Gah!!" Hayabusa shrieked as he jolted up from the bed, it was another nightmare. It has been a few years since the death of the former Shadow Master that he caused along with his rival, Hanabi.

He felt himself sweating and his heartbeat beated rapidly. It was just another nightmare after all. He checked his dresser to find a framed photo of Kagura, smiling as the cherry blossoms' fall.

He felt his heart torn, if only he didn't say that to her. Maybe she would still be here beside him. Hayabusa hugged his knees and found himself mourning over the past.

"Hayabusa! I want to go with you" Kagura insisted, pouting slightly. "I'm sorry Kagura but, I can't risk you getting hurt. I really care about you, Kagura" He brushes his hand to her smooth cheek. "But..I care about you too" She looked down.

"You need to stay here, your people needs your guidance as the Omnyouji Master. That's all I need for you to do" He smiles weakly. Kagura began to hold her as if it's the last night of the world.

He returned the hug shortly, then he pulled away. "I must leave, I've tracked the betrayer and he should arrive in a temple in a couple of hours." The ninja pets her silky smooth snow white hair.

"Stay safe" That's all she could say to Hayabusa, her long time crush. "I'll see you later, Kagura" Hayabusa waved his hand and walks away towards the depths of the forest.

She watched his figure gets smaller and foggier. As soon as his figure disappeared, she ran back to her house. Kagura wrote down a note saying that she will be gone in a few days, slipping it on top of her bed. Then, she sneaked towards the room of the forbidden. Making sure no one is watching, she went inside and took the sacred yin-yang umbrella.

'I'm sorry mother, father. But, I must be there to help him' She whispered to herself and ran away from her mansion. The Omnyouji master ran and ran towards Hayabusa's trail and used her magic to track him down.

She ran and ran, trying to catch up with Hayabusa. A few hours passed, she finally found Hayabusa.

"Hayabusa!" She shouted from behind. The boy turns his back to find Kagura following him. Unfortunately, he reacted badly. "Kagura! What are you doing?! I told you to stay in the village!". "I can't let you go alone, Haya" She replied. "No! Kagura, what the hell! Your people needs you! Why are you here?!" He said, frustrated.

"Because I love you, Haya!" She burst out, making Haya speechless. A minute of silence was commenced, until he broke the silence between them.

"You must be stupid enough to love me, huh?" He chuckles a bit as he facepalmed. "W..what? Haya-" She was cut by him again. "Go, I don't need you here. I must do this in order to be the next shadow master, don't screw this up" He turned away from her. Then, he ran towards the woods leaving her all alone.

He hoped that breaking her heart would make her go back, and that he wasn't familiar with love as well.  But, it didn't just make her leave, it made her shatter to pieces.

Kagura walks alone in the forest, hopeless and broken. Maybe she is too stupid to fall in love, stupid in love. But suddenly, a witch appeared before her.

"A heart break?" She asked, her voice was crisp and sore. "Yes..." Kagura answered. "Who..are you?" She tilts her head in confusion. "I am Vexana, I'll help you end all of your misery" She sorrowfully held out her hand.

Blinded by her sudden sadness, she took Vexana's hand and nodded lightly. Vexana muttered a spell, making the two dissapear into the darkness of the forest.

"Why am I so stupid?"
