Percy's P.o.V.
It was thirty minutes before sunrise and probably an hour before the horn bellowed when I heard banging at my door.

ADHD worked its way and I quickly stood up from my bed, grabbed Riptide and uncapped it. I took hold of the doorknob and said who is it firmly. A feminine voice answered; ________. My cheeks dusted pink, she was my best friend and crush. I turned the knob and let her in.

"What brings you here at this time of the morning?," I asked her.

"You totally forgot?"

"What?"

"You told me to wake you up earlier because you said you wanted to go pegasus-riding with me before sunrise," she chirped.

I blushed. I had totally forgotten that I told her that. She wanted to ride before sunrise to see the view, and I told her we could go together.

        "Lemme get changed," I quickly said as I dashed to the washroom inside my cabin. Before I did so, I grabbed some clothes. After I changed from my pajamas, I brushed my teeth quickly and washed up a bit. I put Riptide in my pocket (just in case, y'know). I went back to my room and saw _______ fixing my bed.

"You, boys, should learn about neatness," she teased as she folded my blanket neatly.

"You know you don't have to do that."

"I want to fix your bed. It's a mess."

"Let's just go."

"Fine," she said with a pout. "But you need to promise you'll fix your bed later."

'STOP. You look cute with the pout,'I thought. I saw ________ blush. "Why?," I asked.

"Ummmmmmm, I wasn't supposed to hear that, right?"

        I blushed crimson red when I realized I said it out loud. "Let's just really go," I said.

TIME SKIP~
________'s P.o.V.

I rode with (p/n). She (sorry for those who wanted a male pegasus) was my favorite out of the pegasi in the stables. As usual, Percy went with Blackjack. We both soared off into the sky. It was still dim, with a few stars still out. I looked for a few constellations I knew while flying steadily. I saw a few familiar ones like the Big Dipper and The Hunter (cue tears, miss u Zoe!). The stars faded when I saw Apollo at the horizon, driving his 'chick magnet' as he likes to call it. The view was beautiful. The sun started to 'rise' (cue Apollo's lectures about that being the myth).

"Wanna try some maneuvers?" Percy called out, which startled me. I nearly forgot I was with my ehem-crush.

"Nah. You go ahead. I'll enjoy the view," I said. I stared at the pink and orange sky. I was enjoying it when I heard a scream and a hose whinny. I looked down to see Percy falling and Blackjack panicking (do pegasi do that?). I quickly shot down to catch him. I caught him in time, about a hundred feet from the ground. Awkward moment, because I caught him bridal style.

"You should go on a diet, Jackson, You're heavy," I teased him, trying to ignore the blush on my face. He was also turning red because of our position. I landed on an open area to let him get down.

"Thanks," he said as he mounted on Blackjack once more, who landed beside him.

"No prob," I said. "I'd save you anytime, love," I added silently. I glanced at him and saw his mouth hanging open in shock.

"What? Is something wrong, Perce?"

        He suddenly grinned from ear to ear. "I heard that, you know~," he told me.

"Heard what?" The next thing I know, his lips were on mine. On instinct, I kissed him back as he wrapped his arms around my waist. I did the same with his nape. After a few moments, we heard wolf whistles and quickly pulled back. We both didn't realize until now that we landed near the dining pavilion, and it was already breakfast.

"Took you long enough," Piper said. Percy and I blushed at her comment.

"You know what, ______? I don't care about crash-landing anymore." With that he gave me a peck on the lips, earning grunts from a few guys. "As long as I crash in your heart."
