Steven's POV:

"Hello son" he said.

"What are you doing here? I thought you had something urgent or whatever" I said "And what's wrong with your eyes? They look..." I didn't know what to say.

"Evil? Scary? Frightening? Will they keep you up at night? Will they make you think I'm a bad person?" He asked quickly.

"What? No! They just look...paranormal" I answered.

"These paranormal eyes contain all my powers" he said.

"What powers?" I asked.

He smiled and suddenly we were both on top of our house. "What? What the? What?!" I shouted.

"You have these in you Steven!" He said.

"What do you mean! I'm just...me" I said.

"No Steven. Your grandfather started this. He found the spirit of the Brine. And now, it runs in our blood" he said.

"You mean, at the prom. The destruction..." I started.

"That was you Steven. You're the most powerful Brine yet. Together, we can rule the world!" He shouted teleporting us infront of The Statue of Notch (instead of The Statue of Liberty) "We can make your pathetic brother Notch our slave!" He said in disgust.

"Think about it Steven! We are gods among them! What we wish, they shall serve" he said looking at the busy city.

"What do ya think son?" he asked.

"No" I replied.

"WHAT!" he yelled.

"I said no! I don't want this! I don't wanna be a god! I wanna be simple me! Good old Steven!" I said.

"Then I'll do this without you!" Dad yelled punching my face.

I yelled and found myself in a bed in the hospital. "You're up" said Steve coming in.

"Steve? What are you doing here? What am I  doing here?" I asked trying to stand up.

"Relax, relax. Your uncle found you by the school" he explained.

"How long have I been here?" I asked.

"About a month" he replied.

"A MONTH!" I yelled.

"Shhh. Your voice is too loud for a guy that was found beaten up by a destroyed school" Steve said.

"Is the school rebuilt?" I asked.

"No, but the students that survived are transferred into a new one. It's called Phoenix International School. PIS for short" Steve explained.

"Okay" I said forcing myself up.

Steve helped me to the exit with Alex by his side. I carried on by myself to me and my Uncle Nick's house.

I was about to knock when I herd an "AAAAHHH!" coming from inside. It sounded like someone was in pain.

I rushed to the back door and opened it just in time to see a bunch of suited people exiting and my uncle with an arrow in his chest.

"Uncle Nick!" I yelled rushing to him. I crouched and held his head. "Uncle Nick" I said tearing up. "Uncle Nick. Please no, no" I sobbed.

"I'm sorry I wasn't there" I cried.

"Its...ok...ay" he said between breaths "Don't...help...your...father" he said.

"I never will Uncle Nick, just don't leave me" I said tears running down my cheek.

He patted my back then his hand slid off it. I opened my eyes in shock realising he's dead. "No, no, please no" I pleaded. "HELP! SOMEBODY HELP!" I yelled.

"No, Uncle Nick" I said hugging him.

I looked at the two graves. One for mom and one for Uncle Nick. I shed a tear and walked with Steve. "So, now what will you do?" Asked Steve as we gazed into the setting sun and calm ocean.

"I don't know. I'll have to get a house. A job for money. Ugh it's all messed up" I said sighing.

"Hey, didn't you have a brother outside the country?"

"Notch?" I asked.

"Yeah, him" replied Steve.

"I don't know. He's probably busy with his company and running Minecraftia and whatsoever" I said.

"Come on! It's family! Family always comes first!" Steve said.

"Well, it's a 12 hour flight and I barely have any emeralds to buy a ticket for the travel" I said.

"It's okay, I'll buy you the ticket" he said.

I sighed "Come on Steven! I'll take you to the airport" Steve offered.

"Even if I went to him, what will I say?" I asked.

"The truth" Steve said.

"Ugh, fine" I said.

"Finally!" Steve said dragging me.

The plane landed and I directly searched for Mojang Offices. I stopped by Minebucks coffee (instead of Starbucks coffee) for a sip of coffee and by a clothes store to buy something better than a torn tuxedo.

I asked for some directions and found myself infront of the biggest building in Minecraftia.

Mojang Offices.
