"1 year later"

It has been a year since Corruption was stopped by Max and her team.

Sacrifices were made but Lord Nebotus was stopped.

Now the gang have been spotted outside their base, celebrating their own 1 year anniversary after ending Corruption.

After the events of Lord Nebotus' era, a lot happened.

The heroes rebuilt their base, the world was good as new.

Mani Pulate and Kaori got married, and Max and Bo got engaged last week.

Brock, Crow and Mortis started dating Lady Meow, Kat-Herine and Ferrata, but the cats had to return back to Galaxar to rebuild their home planet back to it's normal state.

Brock managed to get his long lost dad who was now Dark-Er to Earth and introduced him to many cultures that he forgot upon leaving the planet mysteriously.

Max raised a glass.

Max: Guys, it's been a year since we saved the Universe from Lord Nebotus.

She looked at what was now left of her team.

Max: It was tough, we lost a lot of people, a lot of our friends but we pulled through.
Brock: It was damn tough alright, but right now I'm hoping for something to come out so we can kick ass.

Dark-Er placed his palm over his son's shoulder.

Dark-Er: Don't jinx it son, cause you have to be careful what you wish. You might just get it.

Mani and Kaori were talking to each other.

Mani: I'm glad I married you?
Kaori: Reason why?
Mani: Cause you're badass.

Kaori cackled.

Kaori: You can be a baka sometimes.

They both cackled.

Mortis and Crow were talking to each other.

Mortis: So how are things with Kat?
Crow: She's a bit clingy and very attached but I can handle her. How are you and Ferrata.
Mortis: She's a gentle giantess with a heart, I pay her grattitude with respect. After all, she reminds me a lot of my late wife.

Crow took a sip from his drink.

Crow: But I heard things are going smoothly with Brock and Meow.
Mortis: Dark-Er aprooved of the relationship, but Meow's mom caused a bit of ruckus but in the end she accepted.
Crow: Yeah, it was quite tough to impress her.

They cackled.

Bo pecked Max on the cheek.

Max: Stop it Bo...

She chuckled.

Bo: I can't, it's just I missed you after so many years.
Max: Awww. Oh almost forgot.

She got up.

Max: Hey everyone, 3 cheers for Lindworm! If it weren't for him we would've never won.

Everyone raised their glasses.

Everyone: Hip hip, hurray! Hip hip, hurray! Hip hip-

Suddenly from out of nowhere, red and purple lasers were being fired at the hero base.

Crow: The fuck is that?!
Kaori: We're being ambushed!

Now rockets were being fired at the gang as they dodged the shots.

Dark-Er fell down but was later helped up by his son.

Mani and Kaori were defending the others.

Crow tried to fire back by firing his daggers at the direction that the agressors were firing their attacks.

One of the rockets hit the tower base and it fell down and it landed on Crow.

The human/bird hybrid was stuck.

Crow: Help!

The others were gone.

Crow: Well guess my time has come.

Then Bo and Max came in and they got him out of the tower that has fallen.

Crow: Thanks.
Max: No problem, let's get out while they're still attacking.
Bo: But the question is, who.

They ran away from the scene.

The scene changed to where the 3 regrouped with the others who were close to the river.

Mani: Yo, did you see who attacked us?
Bo: No, but we'll eventually find out.

Mortis crossed his hands.

Mortis: I guess things are not over, it seems there's someone out there that wants to take us out.
Dark-Er: My question is who?

Then suddenly a giant purple spaceship with a large silver T with silver wings on the front appeared above them.

Brock: I think we got our answer right here.
Kaori: Let's do it.

She pulled her sword.

The ship then landed on the ground as the heroes drawed their weapons and were ready to fight.

The doors opened and suddenly this creature came out.

???: There you are Max, we meet at least.
Max: Who are you? And how do you know my name.
Mani: Why are you attacking us?

The anthropomorphic dog was a but confused but still kept a serious look.

Col. Ruffs: My name is Col. Ruffs, commander of the Starr Force and I'm here to aid you.

The heroes were confused and lowered their weapons.

Crow: Hold on what?
Col. Ruffs: Please enter my ship and I'll explain to you all everything.
Brock: Hold on a second doggo, we need a group discussion.
Col. Ruffs: Oh ok and by the way don't call me doggo...

The group turned around as they whispered to each other.

Kaori: Max I think we shouldn not trust this guy, it might be a trap.
Bo: I disagree with you Kaori, I can sense that this dog has good intentions in his heart.
Mortis: So can I, perhaps this isn't a trap.
Crow: I don't know what you guys are blaberring about, but I don't trust him.
Max: We don't have any better options, plus he might know who attacked out base and tried to kill us, I say we go in.

She turned around.

Col. Ruffs: Have you reached a decision?
Max: Yeah, we'll come but you owe us explanations.

The colonel nodded at them and motioned for them to enter his ship before the doors closed down and it flew up.

The scene changed back to the hero base as it was now in ruins once again.

Suddenly a foot was scene and the person growled.

It was Yaoguai Wangzhou, former Emperor of the Eastern Regions.

He held a blaster as he was angry about something.

Wangzhou: How could we lose them?! I wanted to bury Max underneath her base.

He looked at a tracker that was on his other hand, he crushed it.

Wangzhou: This tracker is useless.

He threw it on the ground.

Wangzhou: There is no doubt that the heroes already cloaked their energy signatures by now.
???: Ayo!

He turned around and saw Gartox, Kurai Kage, Rudechaw and Raijin approach the former Emperor as they held blasters of their own, they stopped.

Gartox: My crew and I scouted the entire joint, no sign of them whatsoever.
Wangzhou: Excuse me? Your crew?

The two glared and each other before letting out growls.

Rudechaw decided to stay between them.

Rudechaw: Come on fellas, we're in this together.

He chuckled nervously before both Wangzhou and Gartox turned to growl at the beaver.

Rudechaw: Oh what was I think, I'll leave you 2 to it.

He left them.

Gartox: This whole thing is a waste of time, who cares about some superzeroes?
Wangzhou: I do, I want Max's head on a plate and so do our benefactors from where ever they are. They want Max and her team, that's why they freed us and offered us full pardons, Gartox.

The others could only watch on as the 2 argued.

Gartox crossed his arms.

Gartox: Hey, just because you're Yaoguai Wangzhou, the Emperor of the Eastern Regions doesn't mean that I don't got it.

He then walked pass Wangzhou.

Gartox: I'm gonna go and find a way out of this mudball once and for all.

Wangzhou growled as he then pounced behind Gartox and pinned him on the ground.

The others stood there as they watched Wangzhou grab Gartox's small wings.

Wangzhou: Oh I'm no one's lackey you dimwitt. My interest simply overlaps with our benefactors...

He slammed Gartox' head on the ground before pulling it up and leaned towards the giant.

Wangzhou: And I won't let anyone jepordize my mission, with the least of you Gartox.

He slammed his head once more and then got up.

Wangzhou: Kapeesh.

Gartox got up and held his head.

Gartox: I guess I could lend a hand, seeing as you need me so badly- Oh forget about it.

Wangzhou turned around and saw a picture of Max and her team, the Emperor chuckled.

Raijin: Why are you laughing all of a sudden, old man?
Wangzhou: Oh nothing Raijin, it's just I have a plan.

He stomped on the picture with his right foot.

Wangzhou: If we can't locate where the heroes will go, then we will have to help them locate us.

He chuckled.

The scene changed back to the space ship.

Everyone sat on chairs.

Max: So why did you want to aid us on something?
Col. Ruffs: Because someone broke out 5 prisoners from the biggest penitentiary in the Galaxy, and me and my crew managed to track them here down to Earth where they attacked you.
Brock: Well do you know the people that attacked us?
Col. Ruffs: I'm glad you asked.

He then signalled for a woman with pink hair and a scouter on her right eye to appear.

She wore a blue and cybernetic choice of clothing and has straps with the same symbol on Col. Ruffs' hat.

Max: Colette?!

The girl turned around and ran to hug Max.

Colette: Max, guys! It's been so long.
Mani: I thought you died from the Nebuboars.
Colette: Me and Edgar didn't, but portals behind us opened and sucked us in. I don't know what happened to Edgar but I wound up in some planet, but I lost my demon form and turned back to normal.
Bo: Weird.
Colette: Then thanks to Col. Ruffs, I'm a part of the Starr Force as his navigator in exchange for saving my life and offering me a home.
Kaori: That's great but can you find our attackers.

She nodded and began scrolling on her navigation device and found out that there were 5 signals.

Colette: Apparently there are 5 signals that are coming from the Super City Water Dam.
Mortis: 5 signals.
Dark-Er: Whoever those signals are I bet they're our aggressors.

Bo was thinking something.

Bo: If they're there they could try and destroy the place and thousands of lives could be endangered.
Mani: Or they could be trying to lure us out of hiding.
Bo: Possibly.
Max: Can you fly us to the dam?

Then suddenly this man appeared.

???: Colonel, are these the people that will be helping us capture the criminals?
Col. Ruffs: Yes and allow me to introduce you.

He turned to Max and pointed to the man.

Col. Ruffs: Max, this is Bull aka my first liuteneant and Bull this is Max and her hero team.

Bull saluted to the heroes.

Bull: Pleasure to be working with you, you have been the talk of the town throughout the Universe after
stopping that Lord
Brock: I didn't knew we'd gain a huge amount of attention.

He cackled.

Then suddenly they heard a squeaky sound, they looked all over to find it.

Suddenly Kaori felt something on her left foot.

When she looked down she saw this cute little guy.

The creature squeaked at her while blinking.

Kaori: Eww...
Mani: And what's that?
Col. Ruffs: And that is Squeak, the 4th and final member of the crew. He's like the pet of the family that has a body of a soldier, he follows me around and tell him what to do.
Kaori: What is he made of? Water?
Col. Ruffs: Dog drool.

She was about to barf but held it there.

Kaori: Alright I get the memo.
Crow: Alright are we gonna go and beat these guys or what.
Brock: Yeah, I've been dying for a fight.

Col. Ruffs went to the steering wheel of the ship.

Col. Ruffs: Let's go!

He then began flying the ship as it's destination was the Water Dam.
