The scene showed Anwrikah who pointed at the cats.

Anwrikah: You 3 were the last people I asked for help but was denied. Now you 3 are my last obstacle between me and the Lord!

Mani turned to the cats.

Mani: What did you do to piss her off?
Lady Meow: She asked us to help her out with the swamp but we couldn't cause we were on our way to the castle with Crow, Brock and Mortis.
Ferrata: And now we're in this situation.
Lindworm: And it seems like we have to fight them.

Blumeria laughed.

Blumeria: If it's a fight you want, then it's a fight you'll get.
Anwrikah: Get them!

Then both sides charged and clashed with each other.

The scene changed to Jozef and Kaori who were trying to free themselves.

Kaori: Can this thing go any faster?
Jozef: Hold on, I'm almost done.

The pen was almost done with cutting the roots.

The scene changed back to the fight.

Kat-Herine dodged a swing from Fungheratops' claw and she casted spells at the beast but due to his body he absorbed them like they were nothing.

Ferrata was busy fighting Swamzoad.

The Corrupted frog used his tongue and fired it at her but she dodged it and swinged her hammer at Swamzoad who quickly jumped in the air and then tried to squash her with his weight but she quickly moved out of the way.

Blumeria was busy fighting Lady Meow, she used her petal scythes to try and cut the cat down to size but she held her own against the flower.

Blumeria tried to slash Lady Meow's legs from below but she jumped up and kicked the Corrupted flower right in the face and fell on the ground.

Mani on the other hand was busy fighting Anwrikah.

Mani: Klaatu!

He fired green orbs at Anwrikah who then slammed the ground to create a wall from roots.

Lindworm: Wickah, you should have not done the wrong thing and joined the Lord.
Anwrikah: I never said I was in service to the Lord. We have something he wants and he will support us after what we did for him.
Lindworm: He is not to be trusted.
Anwrikah: The same situation was with you but hey I don't see you complaining.

She then swiped Mani with her claw but he used his acrobatics to dodge it.

Anwrikah: When you left, Iguanazar made our home feel recognized by others but when he stepped down things weren't the same for us.
Mani: Just chill out old lady.

Anwrikah was angered and she then commanded a tree to use it's branch to swipe Mani away as he hit another tree.

She commanded the tree that Mani was on and it wrapped it's branches around him.

Mani: Hey! Let us go!
Lindworm: You are making a grave mistake Wickah.
Anwrikah: IT'S ANWRIKAH!!! I'M ONLY DOING THIS SO I CAN PROTECT THE CREATURES OF THE SWAMP WITH MY LIFE!

She then turned to her squad.

Anwrikah: Keep them occupied, I'll go and deliver the relic to the Lord!

She left as thr others were fighting for her.

Fungheratops wasn't sure of her trying to find the Lord so he had a decision to follow her.

He then grabbed Kat-Herine and then made a hole on the ground with his left foot and placed her there.

Kat-Herine: Hey! Free me now!
Fungheratops: Sorry but we have a world to change.

He then ran after Anwrikah.

The scene changed to Max and co who all tied the Corrupted monsters they have beaten up earlier.

Surge: So what should we do with these bitches?
Crow: Kill them duh!
Max: No, it's our job to take responsability of them. We'll take them to the castle, have them interogatated and then place them in cells.

Fayemalice laughed.

Fayemalice: You'll hear nothing from me!
Rudechaw: Me neither.
Dark-Er: You mean nothing from US!

Brock then eyed Dark-Er who noticed the hero staring at him.

Dark-Er: What are you looking at punk?
Brock: You're ugly ass face, that's what.
Mortis: Ok enough arguments, this won't get us anywhere I say we take them now before-

Suddenly they heard screeching from above.

They looked up in the air and they saw a huge flock of winged creatures with lutum around their necks.

Bea: W-what... Are those things...
Mortis: I don't know but they do appear to be Corrupted.

Then suddenly the flock swooped down and landed on the ground, surrounding the heroes and the Corrupted monsters.

Gartox: I think they're on our side guys.
Neurofunk: And you're oblivious to it? They have lutum around them.
Mouseron: Geez, you don't have to point that out Neurofunk.

The winged lutum creatures hissed as they opened their wide mouths to expose sharp teeth and long tongues.

Max: Guys I think we're gonna have a bad time with them.

The winged creatures began flying up to the heroes and they began attacking them.

Surge punched off one of their heads while more surrounded him.

Mortis sliced their heads as more kept approaching him.

Max, Crow, Brock and Bea fired shots at them, but there were too many.

One of them used their claws and scratched Max's left cheek and they shoved her down the ground.

Brock: Max!

One pounced on Brock.

Crow fired daggers at them but it only made them more angry and one of them managed to sink it's teeth on his right shoulder.

Crow: Hey! You bite me!

He punched it off.

Then some of the creatures went to the Corrupted monsters that were tied.

They began freeing them.

Fayemalice: Freedom!

Then suddenly they heard a sound and the winged creatures heard it, they then spread their wings and began flying away.

Dark-Er: That's our que to get the hell out of here. See ya never!

He laughed as they ran away from the heroes who at this point were injured and bleeding.

Max: Fuck! We failed again!
Mortis: Now we know the Lord's army keeps increasing.

The scene changed to Jozef who managed to cut the roots off him and Kaori and the were free.

Wings: Freedom baby!
Kaori: We have to go and-

They heard fighting that was near them.

Kaori: Someone's fighting, we have to go there.

They ran to where the fighting was coming from and saw Lady Meow and Ferrata fighting Blumeria and Swamzoad while Mani and Kat-Herine were trapped.

Jozef: Guys!

Mani and the others saw them.

Mani: Guys, help us out!

They went to Mani and Kaori used her sword to cut the branches and freed him.

Lindworm: There is not much time, Anwrikah is already one her way to find the Lord.
Jozef: I'll go and stop her.
Mani: Wait I'm coming!

They nodded and left.

Kaori: Guys wait-

It was too late as they were no longer here.

She then went to help out the cats.

The scene changed back to the minions who were not in the Lord's lair.

Fayemalice: My Lord, we were trying to find your relic but we encountered the Pure monsters and we had a fight.
Rudechaw: We apologize to you for our lack of success, shall we go and-

The Lord raised a hand.

The Lord: No! You have done enough! I can already feel the presence of my relic coming towards me, as if someone is bringing me my sword.
Dark-Er: I see, well shall we greet our guests?
The Lord: No, I want you, Gartox, Mouseron and Rudechaw to go the Eastern Regions and invite Yaoguai Wangzhou for me. I have something important to discuss with him. Now go and get me Wangzhou.

The 4 nodded and they left.

Neurofunk: Why are you inviting the Emperor of the Eastern Regions for a meating, my Lord?
The Lord: Because I'm going to do something about those Pure creatures that are always causing us trouble for my dark revival and plus I heard they tried to stop him from becoming Emperor so he clearly despises them too.

He then smirked.

The Lord: After all Yaoguai Wangzhou would be nothing without me...
Fayemalice: May I ask, what were those winged creatures that freed us from the Pure monsters' grasps?

He then narrowed his eyes.

The Lord: I'm glad you asked, they're Nebudemons. Creatures made of lutum and my never ending anger to all those who mocked me for years! They're numbers are infinite and will only follow my orders as I say so...

Then suddenly Anwrikah who was flanked by Fungheratops had his relic.

Anwrikah: Lord, I know you're over here. Show yourself!

Then the Lord turned his attention to the two.

The Lord: I knew that my relic would be returned by someone but I never thought it would be from the protector of the swamp herself.

He cackled.

Fungheratops: My Lord, we managed to retreve your relic from a group of Pure monsters.
Anwrikah: We will give you this sword but we want something from you in return.

The Lord was curious.

The Lord: I'm listening...

The scene changed to Mani and Jozef who were trying to find Anwrikah and Fungheratops.

Mani: Bro, they're Corrupted so can you sense them.
Jozef: Yes, they're close.
Wings: Let's just hope we're not too late.
Lindworm: I hope so...

They then arrived to where they were and they hid behind bushes.

They saw Anwrikah and Fungheratops who were standing in front of the Lord who commanded Fayemalice, Neurofunk and some other of his servants as they headed to another direction.

Mani: Where is he sending his servants?
Lindworm: I do not know, but what worries me is that we're too late.
Jozef: Not quite... I have a plan...

The Lord smiled.

The Lord: There's a group of my servants that are approaching the swamp as we speak, they'll clean it up for you and bring you the requested recourses you need.

He then narrowed his eyes to Anwrikah and Fungheratops.

The Lord: I guess I can count on your support when I rule this world and then the whole Universe.

He laughed.

Anwrikah placed the sword on the ground.

Anwrikah: That depends on how your servants will do as they clean our swamp.

The Lord chuckled.

The Lord: Up for a conflict are you? I truly admire your presence Anwrikah, but now you must leave...
Fungheratops: Why is that my Lord?

The Lord then picked up his sword and then raised it in the air.

The Lord: Because...

The sword was now surrounded by green flames.

The Lord: MY TIME HAS COME!!!

He laughed out loud but suddenly Jozef flew down from the air and snatched the sword from the Lord's hand and flew away.

Jozef: Run Mani!

Mani nodded as he then followed Jozef.

The Lord: MY SWORD!!!
Anwrikah: It's that winged creature, how did he and the samurai girl break free?
Fungheratops: Jozef...

The Lord turned to her.

The Lord: Retrieve my sword or otherwise I'm calling off my servants from cleaning it up.

Anwrikah turned to Fungheratops.

Anwrikah: You heard him! Go get the relic now!

Fungheratops nodded and then ran after them.

The scene changed to Kaori who helped the cats fight off Blumeria and Swamzoad and the duo were retreating.

Blumeria: It's too late for you now!
Swamzoad: Anwrikah has delivered the sword by now, this is where we cut our ties!

They then left.

Kaori: Are you guys ok?
Ferrata: Yeah, we're doing alright. It's just we couldn't stop them.
Kat-Herine: Our hopes are on Mani and Jozef.

Meow then got a call from Brock.

Brock: Hey, can you meet us at the castle gates. We have to regroup after all the pain we've been through.
Lady Meow: Yeah we're coming.

They ended the call.

The scene changed to Mani and Jozef who were running/flying away from Fungheratops who was after them.

Fungheratops: Jozef, you're doing the wrong thing! Do us a favour and give us the relic!
Mani: How does he know you?

Jozef sighed.

Jozef: When we fought at the castle he tried to recruit me to the Lord's army since I was Corrupted.
Lindworm: How dare he! No one makes my servants obey another leader.
Jozef: I refused his offer, I'll always be by your side master Lindworm.
Wings: Exactly.
Mani: Great to hear!

Fungheratops then spat out acid spit from his mouth and tried to hir Jozef but missed.

Fungheratops then jumped in the air with all his might and tried to grab Jozef's foot but the doctor flew away faster.

Fungheratops then grabbed a huge rock and chucked it at Jozef to which it hit him and he fell on the ground.

Mani: Jozef!

He ran to his best friend's side.

Mani: Come on get up!
Jozef: I can't get up, I can't feel my legs.
Wings: We can't fuction without his legs.

Mani and Lindworm were shocked.

Lindworm: Mani Pulate help out Jozef and carry him.
Jozef: Don't!

They looked at him.

Jozef gave Mani the sword.

Jozef: Mani, as your best friend... I trust you to do the right and deliver the relic for the others.
Mani: But-

Fungheratops saw them.

Fungheratops: I found you!

Mani didn't want to leave Jozef behind.

Mani: But I don't wanna leave you behind, you and I were close ever since we met. I can't move on without you by my side.
Jozef: I know, but I can't walk remember...
Mani: Jozef...

Jozef's wings began tearing up from this wholesome moment.

Lindworm felt sadness, he knew that Jozef couldn't continue and decided that he wanted to sacrifice himself to save Mani and keep the relic far away from the Lord.

Lindworm: Jozef, you have been by my side for a long time. I commend you for your trust and loyalty.
Jozef: Thank you master...
Wings: We'll never forget everything you did for us.

Jozef then looked at Mani.

Jozef: Mani go, I'll handle him...
Mani: But-
Jozef: I'LL BE FINE JUST GO!!!

Mani now had tears in his eyes as he then ran away with the sword in his hands.

Lindworm closed his eyes as he crossed his arms as he knew what was going to happen.

Fungheratops approached Jozef.

Fungheratops: I see you gave the relic to the little pure runt... That's unforgivable from the Lord...

He then kneeled down to Jozef.

Fungheratops: But I'll protect you from the Lord's wrath if you join Corruption...

Jozef and his wings were tired of Fungheratops' pleads to join the Lord.

Jozef: Fuck your Lord! I already have one lord and I'll always follow him.
Wings: We're Lindworm's supporters at heart.

Fungheratops then grabbed Jozef's throat and then slammed him towards a tree.

Fungheratops: If that's gonna be... Then there's no place for people like you around here...

His mouth then spread out as Jozef and his wings closed their eyes.

Jozef's mind: Goodbye everyone... I won't ever forget you....

The scene changed to Mani who was far away with the sword, suddenly he could hear Jozef's screams from a far distance.

Mani was about to head back.

Lindworm: No...

Mani stopped and looked at his master.

Lindworm: It is too late now... He sacrificed himself for us... We must go and find the others now... His sacrifice won't be in vain...

Mani was silent as he then turned around began running to find the others.

Mani's mind: I'll miss you Jozef....
