"Long ago, there existed a brilliant young scientist. Through the musing of his astonishing genius, he was able to make a significant number of contributions to human knowledge.

Eventually however, his accomplishments lead him to be disillusioned with the world. Though he was constantly showered with praise with the intricacies and revolutionary creations of his mind. None of his ideas or theories got the slightest bit of support from the scientific community.

Rather than advancing human civilization, his goal was the artificial evolution of humans as a species. That was the only dream he had ever had, but not a single person came forward to help him achieve his vision.

He devoted himself to research, but it was only after he turned seventy that his efforts yielded the results he'd been searching for.

He maned his laboratory, the house of evolution. And with his clones he conducted countless experiments with animals. Creating new life, and new species.

His experiments then shifted to human subjects".

Armored gorilla was explaining when he was interrupted by Saitama. "Man this is taking too long" he said. The four had been listening to the robotic ape's explanation.

Mosquito girl clenched her human fists, knowing she was one of the human subjects experimented on. "What's this got to do with me?" The baldy asked.

Yeah as it turned out the animal men were actually after Saitama. And Ben could understand why, he has displayed remarkable feats of athletic prowess. "You're just trying to sound cool again" Saitama said, the gorilla sulked. Earth dragon patted his back.

"Enough jibber jabber just got to the point Ok?", "my master is a very busy man, summarize it all in twenty words or less" Genos said. Armored gorilla started getting nervous, his subterranean companion hiding behind him.

"Sure sorry about that" he said, "could've waited a little longer, the story was just getting good and we could've discovered something else to Mosquito... oh we should probably give you a name huh?" Ben asked his Bug like roommate.

She nodded, the mechanical primate went back to talking. "So in other words, the boss man has become passionately curious about you and your body" he said in a brief summary. Ben leaned over to Mosquito girl, "why do o have a feeling that the monkey's statement provokes a kinda sexist joke?" He whispered to her.

She shrugged it off until Saitama said, "too bad, I'm not interested in dudes" he said. Ben and Mosquito girl stared then boasted out in uncontrollable laughter, "how did it escalate to that?" The Shapeshifter asked pounding his fist on the ground.

"Master, that is not what he meant" Genos said, "yeah no doubt" Mosquito girl said as she and Ben recovered from their laughing episode. "Your body surpasses normal human limitations" the cyborg added. "True that, I'm still having a hard time believing it's just strength training" Ben said.

"So... he plans on using it for his research on evolution, unless he is stopped I am sure he will try this again". He looked towards armored gorilla "we cannot allow him a free hand" he said. "Our move should be to attack him".

The bald hero from when spoke, "sure let's go" he said. Ben, Genos and Mosquito girl were awkwardly standing there while Saitama walked off. "Wait you mean now!?" Ben said, "yeah, there's a sale on tomorrow. Can't miss it then" his friend answered.

The three chased after him, Ben took notice the other two had ran back to Armored Gorilla. They were asking questions about a rogue cyborg and how she was turned into a bug. The teen hero grabbed them and pulled them along with Saitama.

Right about now Ben and Mosquito Girl were flying through the air while Genos and Saitama were on foot. They were surprisingly on the right path. "Okay how about Akane?" Ben Asked, right now he was thinking of a name to give Mosquito girl.

"That actually sounds good, why that though?" She asked. "The name Akane means red, and since your a mosquito it could be blood red" Ben answered. She thought then nodded, "Akane it is" she said.

They flew lower to the cyborg and super human "how're you two doing?" Ben asked. "Good, according to my calculations we should be there momentarily" Genos said. "We better be, I'm starting to get bored from running" Saitama.

"My mistake Master" Genos apologized, "it was my assumption that you could fly" he added. "Uh dude, Human beings can't fly" Saitama said jumping over a large mountain and found an eight story building. Akane and Ben landed at the area after Saitama and Genos.

"Must be the place" Ben said, "it looks about eight stories tall" Saitama added before Genos destroyed it with a single blast. "Hey why did you do that!?" Akane exclaimed seeing the damage done.

"I destroyed it in one fowl swoop, it was the efficient way to eliminate the enemy" Genos answered. "Yeah but we didn't get any knowledge on Akane" Ben interjected. "And we could've at least see what our enemies has in store for us" Saitama commented.

"You really didn't think that one through", "yah think" Ben and Akane retorted. The shapeshifter then spotted an iron door in the ground, "hey look, the building must've been a decoy and the real lab was down here" he said as his bald friend ripped the door off it's hinges.

Later on they are walking down a dark hall way, Mosquito girl was really freaking out. "Oh man I hate the dark and this place is creepy" she said hiding behind Ben, now in human form. "Man those traps back there weren't as clever as I hoped they be" Saitama commented.

Genos then signaled them to stop, "what is it Genos?" Ben asked, "I detect signs of life up ahead. To are heading right for us" the cyborg answered.

Down the hall a large humanoid rhinoceros beetle was charging down the hall. In his over sized hand he was holding a black haired man wearing glasses by his head. "So which one is this guy!?" The beetle roared.

"The one... on the right..." the man answered, "so that means we don't need the ones on the left" he said as he knocked Akane back and slammed Genos into the wall. Ben had turned into Omni and phased underground.

"Woah, hey Genos, are you okay?" He asked as his cybernetic friend's face was now imbedded into the wall. The alien had Phased out of the ground and looked for his insect like friend, "Akane!" He called then saw her in her Mosquito girl form with her head spike stuck into the ceiling.

"Little help?" She awkwardly said, "so this was the guy that got the boss all worried, the name's Carnage Kabuto" the beetle said. "We got a room big enough to throw down, challenge me if you dare" he added.

"You just turned Genos into a bad piece of modern art" Saitama said. "And you made Akane aka this place's Mosquito girl into one of those dart game darts, your gonna pay". "Oh yeah I am so gonna tear you apart, you coming Lizard Lips?" He asked Ben.

"Be there in a minute, need to get Genos and Akane in stuck" he said trying to pull the two out.

He finally managed to and found a large ability testing room with Saitama and Carnage Kabuto inside. Genos had jumped in first and blasted the man beetle several times. Ben and Akane joined in, the shapeshifter had froze the ground around Kabuto.

Mosquito girl had flown above and launched a swarm of Mosquitos to drain his blood dry. Then the beetle knocked Genos away when he went for an up close attack and made him fly right into Saitama.

"Uh oh" Akane said hovering away, "not on my watch" Ben said as he made diamonds form around and over Carnage Kabuto's feet to keep him still. "Huh? You gotta be kidding me, this isn't diamond is it, hardest material in the planet?" He said struggling to get out.

"Ha, got to admit I'm impressed, but not enough" the beetle man then smashed the shackles with a small shard that grew near him. "Just like how steel breaks steel, diamond breaks diamond" Kabuto said.

Ben then sped around him and rapidly gave him four armed diamond hard punches. And it actually had got him, "ouch, this actually hurts" he said, "now you're in for it" the beetle then hammer fisted Omni only for him to phase through it. "Okay mosquito girl now!" The insect based woman in question flew above him and released another swarm of blood suckers.

This one has managed to drain some of Kabuto's bodily fluids, "man, who knew two pests would be this hard to fight" he said. "Guys... you may wanna watch out" Saitama said, the shapeshifter and Akane looked back to see Genos blast a powerful torrent of fire towards the beetle and immediately got out of the way.

"Too close" Omni said, "way too close" Akane added, "well well seems like my little creation has come back home" a voice said. Ben and Akane had looked down to see the scientist responsible for Akane's current condition.

"You!!! YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!!!" She roared flying towards him. Ben then stopped her, "Akane, stop remember what I said. Don't kill him if you do than you're no better" the alien said. She stayed still, in that spot mid flight, and then landed on the floor and turned human.

"Right, thanks" she said, Omni out a hand on her shoulder, "huh looks like you managed to put an on and off switch on her, and you knew her real name" the scientist stated. "Wait my name was Akane? Where do I live? who am I!? tell me!!" The insect girl demanded.

"Oh let's just say that was the first test of Carnage Kabuto's power" the scientist said. "So wait you mean, that monster was the one responsible for Akane having to be a mosquito?" Saitama asked slightly burned. And Genos has a charcoal broiled Afro.

The beetle had blown back Genos' attack, then had gotten mad after Saitama said something. The two hadn't listened to it, but he said something about pushing his body to the point that all your hair falls out is what made him strong. Kabuto had morphed and changed into a large purple form with green joints and an extra horn on his back.

"Prepare for my carnage form, better get ready cuz when I get like this I go on a rampage for a whole week. When I'm done I'll knock you all into next Saturday" he said then whacked Saitama. The guy bounced off the room which had now turned a neon red.

"Akane quick, when we first faced off I saw you go into a stronger form, twist the face plate counter clockwise and tap it" Ben instructed. "Gladly" she said doing as told then turned into her blood red form, "THIS IS FOR DESTROYING MY HOME TOWN!!!" She roared slashing at Kabuto's now armor less body.

Though it was still hard, Ben the jumped to the giant insect, "THIS IS FOR TURNING AN INNOCENT GIRL INTO A MOSQUITO!!!" He said giving him an ultimate Humungosaur sized fist. When the final blow came Saitama flashed by and obliterated the beetle in one punch. As usual, "AHAAAAAHHHHAHHH I SCREWED UP!!!!!!!" He wailed.

"What the hell is wrong with him?" The scientist from earlier asked, clearly confused by what had transpired. "I think this may be it" Genos said holding up the flier for the sale Saitama had.

"I think if we go now we can still make it" Ben said, "seriously!?" The baldy asked hopefully. "Yes, according to my calculations master, Ben is indeed right, if we hurry we can make it" Genos said. "Then what are we waiting for let's go!!" Saitama said rushing to the wall.

"I think I'm done with evolution" the scientist said, "looks like I'm the one who needed to change, and also I'm sorry for turning you into a mosquito. I was originally trying to fix you after Kabuto nearly killed you. But I went out of control" he said.

"You okay?" Ben asked her, "yeah" she said down cast, "hey I know how it feels like to loose your family, but if you live on they will as well" he said. "I should know" she smiled then turned back and flew to the hole Genos made in the wall. "Come on, Saitama might kill us if we don't come along" she said.

Ben smiled, "on it" he said growing JetRay's wings and flew outside.
