Hellooo, Hermittpadders! We're back with another recap this week, so get ready for some fanfiction shenanigans! We've got lots of lovely stories to cover, especially new ones, so sit back and relax.

Let's start off with some lovely books! We've got a shocking plethora of new books this week :O

Starting off, trans-sunflowrs brings us a new crossover book they started! Titled Not Again..., this is a Hermitcraft and Genshin Impact story! For those unaware, Genshin Impact is an open-world, fantasy game! Xisuma finds himself in a new, unknown world, and we can only imagine what crazy hijinxs will ensue!

Altas313 is introducing their own book of Hermitcraft Headcannons and Oneshots! The book is just now beginning but there will be some ships -as stated by the author- in the future! Go follow them or fav the book for updates! :)

Coltssfoot is back at it again with their new Hermitcraft Dinner Party! Of course, the plot of this one is a dinner party hosted by Xisuma himself. Letters are sent out to every hermit, giving them the coordinates to the mansion where this party will take place. And when everyone is having fun, exploring the place, they realize that they are missing someone... Xisuma. What mysteries could have grabbed their host? I mean, nothing bad ever happens in big mansions, right?

Has anyone been listening to the Imp & Skizz podcasts these past few weeks? WritersinStarlight has some interesting content afloat within their new Imp & Skizz Oneshots book! Characters only, don't worry! Follow the chapters for many AUs, fluff, angst and whatever else the author cooks up to feed the lot of us! For now, there are two platonic oneshots posted to keep our stomachs from rumbling: A Little High On Love and Waiting Out the Storm.

On another purely platonic note, SparklingWonderQueen has debuted the second book of her amazing The Lost One AU - A Change In The Horizon. In which a certain ex-evolutionist and future hermit who's name could be misspelled as Grain finds himself stranded in a strange world. But he's not alone. Will he be able to survive in this unfamiliar territory? Can he keep Miesall alive? And why are their powers slowly draining away...?

In The Hunt, written by atreeofashes, we follow Grian and Mumbo as they try to hide from the Hunters, the same beings that destroyed Grian's world on a cold, moonless night. How long will this duo be able to avoid them and stay alive? Only time will tell.

Last but not least on the new book train, DL_Dchhha has crossposted their work, Distrust Craft Hermits, from Ao3 to Wattpad! Hurray! Bringing some sprinkles of Danganronpa vibes in the form of Ultimate Students! It's the best time to see what the hermits' roles are and how they'll interact with each other!

Moving onto some regularly updated books this week:

If you're searching for some Scarian fluff, then look no further than the new songfic by microwaving_snickers! Now, this isn't just some regular old songfic, because the song was written by the author! Nothing like Scar experiencing some classic gay panic to make you smile! :)

If you want more Ethubs, then ThatOneWaterCat has the fic for ya! Smells Like Coffee is a College Coffee Shop AU which features, well, Ethubs! In which the newest chapter tells of Bdubs and the others after getting hungover the night before, and a bit of talk between Keralis and Bdubs. Ah, and a bit of angst is sprinkled in there, between Xisuma and EX. Gotta love the angst :D

Who likes royalty and secrets and a constant feeling of being watched? Obviously not Grian, as you'll see in this story. If you like watching people be watched, you should read this Watcher-Grian AU by RDFROST. It's funny. It's relatable. And it's sprinkled with dark angst. The only thing better than that is ice cream cake and maybe Mumbo Jumbo returning to Hermitcraft 9! (god i love ice cream cake it's the best type of cake fight me /j)

If you like magical gifts, plot twists, unlikely villains and plenty of evil-ex secrets, then LilyAndSoe's AU, Gifted, for you! What happens when you give all the hermits magical powers, plant a traitor in their midst, and leave them grappling for hidden truths? Only one way to find out...

In the 30th chapter of EminenceGhost's The Idea of you, we finally have the awaited wedding of Bdubs and Doc! This has been a long time coming, so what will happen? Will Bdubs run away from the altar? Will either of them get cold feet? Will they say "I do" or "I don't"?... and in the case of the latter, what if they dropped their titles altogether? ;)

crystai_queer has written a drabble that is not a drabble in their Hermitcraft Oneshots book! Welcome the new oneshot, Unbanned, featuring the beloved ship of Hels and EX with a sprinkle of angst and fluff. Hels has been waiting a long time in the nether for Evil Xisuma to join the server of Hermitcraft but it is up to Helsknight to protect them both from the onslaught of hermits... and most importantly, their admin and counterpart of EX. How will the two of them fair, I wonder? (Mind the TW!)

Looking for something that keeps you up on your toes? TheJadedDragonArts newest chapter will definitely do the deed! This is a pretty amazing work of friendship and guilt, mixed with some thrilling mysteries that still have yet to be solved. A Crown of Broken Runes is a must read!

And how about a little bit of revenge to top it all off? In Myths and Legends of a Time Past, SockTheWatcher has given an iconic Hermitcraft character a reason to finally be himself! How well will he do? That's for him to know and you guys to find out. You'll want to be around to make sure to see all the fun things he ends up doing!

Now onto some well deserved milestones!

We have WiseWing77 who just hit 50 followers! Congrats! Half-way to 100 followers!

_Eztili_Void_ had also just reached their 3 year anniversary on Wattpad, wow you're old /hj /lh. Ignore the jokes, that's an amazing achievement there, maybe you can go for 4 years :eyes:

And another one who reached a 3 year anniversary, CloudWriterGrey had just reached that for writing Hermitcraft fiction! That's amazing dedication there!

Not to mention, did y'all notice CallMeSausage has surpassed 4 years on Wattpad with 85 Works. Hot damn dude, keep it up!

Onto announcements now!

Next month, ProobablyMe will be deleting their account. But don't say goodbye just yet! They'll be back on a new account with their original work! So be on the lookout for that and make sure to shower them with plenty of support! :D <3
