lonelyZodiac continued their fantasy AU this week: the hermits, sent in a classic fantasy world with magic and balls and whatnot, are sent to protect a ball from any of the disruptive shenanigans the ball-host foresaw. However! Everything is not as it seems in this group. A small section of the hermits are druids, picked up by the hermits and taken in as tentative allies. Even though they're all working together, the original hermits and druids feel waves of hostility from both sides. So when Scar, a druid, is left alone for a moment in the mission, a villain emerges from the group of hermits with sinister intent...

minecraftfan32 wrote a shippy ZIT movie night--alright, it's literally just three ZIT boyfriends having a fluffy movie night and making popcorn and cuddling but it's great and soft and I asdfghjk

In great contrast, Despairing_Heart wrote a heartbreaking ZIT shot- it somehow managed to make my soft ZIT-obsessed heart melt upon seeing how Zed and Impulse helped each other get through Tango's suicide in this oneshot. Heavily emotional and well worth the tears!

I state this in a very calm yet impassioned tone because this writing is OSO S OGOOSOO GOOOOODODOFDWOIHegwb-

bECAUSe- because Oli does a great job finding roles for each of the hermits and staying true to their canon personalities. This is an excellent read that I strongly recommend as calmly as possible.

The Hermittpad community on Scratch is growing slowly; we totally skipped the Hermitcraft content and started making Hermittpad animations, which I can't complain about tbh. Pop onto Scratch to see what these animators are up to!

Rumors have been running rampant about X and False not wanting to be shipped. This was in a previous recap, but we took it out upon realizing there was no evidence. There is still no evidence, but word has been spreading across Hermittpad about this, so- if anyone has a video clip or a post from X/False about shipping to share, that would be great. For now, let's step off a bit from X/False ships, probably? Most rumors do have a basis in fact, even though we can't be sure. If there was proof uncovered, however, there's no question that we need to stop shipping these two immediately- if someone explicitly states they do not want to be shipped, they just cannot be shipped.

Many years later, Xander tracks him down with Doc and Keralis- Xavier reveals some hidden truths about why he was expelled from the palace, and the brothers form a rather reckless plan to get away from the lies of the castle...

weirdo_nojudgies is starting a book called Break in the Code with X as the main character in story- in this book, the main Season Seven world gets corrupted somehow and things get a bit off. Hermits start acting strange and disappearing- soon it's just X all alone on the server, and it's up to him to figure out what's making his friends disappear before he's gone too..

_adrilia_ ended Hermitcraft: Origins after wEeks of hype, and lemme tell you this book finale is a tearjerker. Plotlines conclude abruptly and everything is wrapped up with a bow on top to the tune of Undertale. Thank you Aerdlielelai.
