BOO!!

Hello! Assuming you're keeping up with the HermittpadRecap , you already know what you're getting into.

And if you're not following them, then gET OUT-

I'm totally kidding, you can stay.

However, I will explain what this is, for those of you who aren't keeping up with the Recap.

Basically, you get "BOO'D" with a prompt, so you have to write or draw something with it. Then, you BOO more people with a new prompt (stick around 'till the end to see who I BOO-)

If that doesn't make sense, consult the Recap :D

A shimmering meadow, lit by the glowing lights of the moon and the stars.

Shadows lurked underneath the treetops, beckoning, calling to the unwary.

There was the sound of a distant rustling of foliage, be it a cute woodland creature, or something unfathomable.

The night was near silent, peaceful and enchanting, almost ominous, like a mystical aura that holds the world in place.

And all of a sudden, it was broken by a scream.

"Don't do that!!" Grian cried, clutching his chest as Scar gasped for breath in the background.

"It was revenge!" Scar protested. "For all the pranking you've done to me!"

Moments earlier, Scar had used an invisibility potion to hide himself while Grian came into his house to steal something or set up a prank. The moment Scar saw Grian had let his guard down, he crept up behind him and grabbed his shirt, yanking him backward with a sudden, sharp movement.

"It's a new Swaggon thing!" Scar laughed. "Like your Magical Mabajerie!"

"Menagerie," Grian corrected him. "And what are you, an alchemist?" Scar wrinkled his nose.

"That sounds so boring," Scar noted. "Picture this, Grian. The Swaggon, under the cover of darkness, lit only by the glowing of blaze rods as a wizard brews up mystical potions!"

"Actually..." Grian said slowly, pausing to think about it. "Maybe... what if we did a sort of pranking challenge? Using only potions, you have to spook someone. And you have to use different ones every time- so invis is already off the list!"

"Oh! That's a wonderful idea!!" Scar cried. "And now the magical potion man role has passed onto you, my friend!" Grian grinned.

"Lucky for you, I already have an idea."

Impulse hummed while working on the mock chocolate river of his candyland in the factory. It was a lot of glass, but it was so worth the effect.

CRAAAASH.

Impulse yelped at the sound, hands going to cover his mouth. Laughter exploded from nearby, and he turned to see Grian hiding in the fake foliage.

"What was that??" Impulse laughed.

"Strength potion on some glass," Grian explained. "It makes a really loud sound. You've been potion-manned!"

"I've been what?" Impulse said.

Grian quickly explained his and Scar's game, and Impulse nodded along, an idea forming in his head for who to prank and how.

"I'll see you around, then, Impulse!" Grian said cheerfully. "Don't forget to use a potion that isn't strength or invis!"

"Bye, Grian!" Impulse waved him off, and as soon as the builder left, Impulse rushed to gather his supplies.

I know exactly what I'm going to do.

"Your megabase looks awesome!" Impulse assured Pearl. The newer Hermit smiled.

"Thank you," she replied. "So does yours!"

They were walking around Boatem, just catching up and having a general friendly conversation.

As they passed the Boatem Hole, Impulse slowed down. Pearl tilted her head, noticing the change of pace.

Impulse stood over the hole, glancing down to the Void below.

"What are you doing?" Pearl asked.

"Just..." all of a sudden, Impulse slipped forward and plunged into the hole.

His elytra wasn't on.

"IMPULSE!!" Pearl yelled, rushing to the hole. She looked down,

And was hit by realization.

Impulse laughed as he drifted down ever-so-slowly, hardly moving.

Slow falling.

"You scared me!!" Pearl yelled, although she was grinning.

"You've been potion-manned!" Impulse cried, slipping on his elytra and rocketing up.

Impulse explained the prank chain, and Pearl waved him off with an idea blossoming in her head.

Time to get brewing.

"Have you ever appreciated the ocean here?" Pearl asked, sitting down on the shores behind the giant mountains of Boatem. Mumbo sat down next to her, shaking his head 'no'.

"I mean, briefly?" he chuckled. "Not really, though."

"It's nice," she offered. "The water is refreshing to watch, and sometimes, you can even see dolphins leaping!" Mumbo grinned as he stared out on the water.

All of a sudden, a dolphin burst out of the water, leaping up to a crazy height and landing right by the shore, splashing Mumbo in a cascade of water. Mumbo screamed and scrambled back as Pearl's laughter grew louder.

"Scared?" her voice was teasing.

"I think I peed myself," Mumbo's voice shook, and Pearl dissolved into another fit of giggles.

"Little potion of leaping," she explained. "And they go crazy. You've been potion-manned, Mumbo!"

As she explained, Mumbo started drafting out an idea in her head.

There was only one person left in Boatem to get.

Scar, here I come.

Scar worked on his mountains, singing a tune under his breath as he placed the blocks. The mountains were coming together nicely, turning into the mystical peaks he'd hoped they'd be.

He rocketed back down to the plains to grab more resources, but as he was walking towards the chest, something started kicking in.

He started moving faster and faster, until he was going at an uncontrolled speed.

"Woah!!" he cried, trying to will himself into stopping. His legs politely refused, instead powering on at a pace that had the world blurring around him.

He soon crashed into something, and when his vision recovered, he realized it was Mumbo.

"YOU'VE BEEN POTION-MANNED!!"

The voices of the Boatem crew rang out before exploding into laughter, and Scar felt himself joining in. Mumbo pulled him up, offering him some milk to get rid of the swiftness, which Scar was happy to accept.

Scar felt a warmth grow in his heart as he watched the faces around him.

Sometimes, a lot of good can come from a little bit of alchemy.

There we go! Is it obvious that my motivation threw itself out the window about midway through?

Anywho, BOO-ing time!! I'm gonna BOO sixth_constellation , XandeaTheWatcher , and AnonymousVeggieChip with the prompt...
