So these are some of my head canons for most of the hermits I watch most of them but not all of them so.....

Scar:
personality; an overall cinnamon roll, will go above and beyond for his friends and those he cares about, easily flustered. If you some how manage to anger him, you done messed up.
Likes; Cats (especially Jellie), terraforming, building, Cub, Disney.
Dislikes; purpur blocks, his friends hurting physically and/or mentally.
Height; 5'10"

Iskall:
Personality; takes things seriously but at the same time doesn't. Sarcastic in a passive way. Is a Gentlemen in most scenarios. Definitely not easily flustered, and sometimes the other hermits try to make it game to see who can get him to blush first. Is like an overprotective big brother to those really close to him
*cough* stress/ ren *cough*
Hybrid; has robotic eye glows blue sometimes lime green. Can communicate to doc with it. Doesn't need a communicator phone thing. His eye already is one basically.
Likes; harmless pranks, friends, laughing, pvp, omega-, -of doom, Stress
Dislikes; diorite, he will go out of his way to destroy it. Dull moments, boredom, people making fun of voice.
Height; 5'3"

Grian:
Personality; cheeky bastard gremlin with a heart? Will go above an beyond to entertain himself. Honestly really lazy and very productive at the same time somehow. Doesn't understand Redstone but tries to. Is the one friend in the group that honestly makes most of  plans and the other just go with it. Unpredictable most of the times.
Likes; birds, Mumbo's mustache..., building, pranks, helping, Mumbo, flying ... he can and will fly everywhere even if it's ten blocks.
Dislikes; being made fun of for being short, boredom, villagers, ConCorp.
Height; 5'3"

Tango: [majorly updated]
Personality; Kinda cheeky. Smart boi one of the best red stoners on the server, and also builds amazing things as well. Kinda flirty. Seems tuff but is really a soft boi.
Hybrid; demonish (Doesn't like being demon so he pretends he's not). Glowing red eyes. Can honestly just sit in lava and be fine, he is fire proof idfc! [ive gone too far before finding out the truth. It was too late by the time I found out. I started the book before I learned]
Likes; Zedaph, Impulse, making massive iron farms, insane red stone contraptions, rockets, tnt and other explosives.
Dislikes; mining with out a beacon, ice/ cold weather
Height; 5'6"

Joe:
Personality; sarcastic bastard, dad, will help and listen too his friends problems, loves all the hermits as if they are family.
Likes; slight chaos, poetry, music, helping, everyone except those who put others down.
Dislikes; people hurting others... you don't want papa mode joe angry with you...., hate speech about anyone.
Height; 5'11"

Mumbo:
Personality; polite. Gentlemen. Smart boi is practically a red stone god. Also not easily flustered... again the hermits try to make it like a game. Is a spoon.
Likes; Redstone, Grian, efficient use of time
Dislikes; being made fun of for being a spoon. People making fun of Grian. Not having Redstone farms. Grian touching red stone.
Height; 6'7"

Zedaph:
Personality: huge tease, always looks on the bright side, passive aggressive while being really happy, hyper most of the time. Doesn't really take anything seriously. Oblivious when it comes to flirting, he understands it when it's aimed at him... but doesn't know how to do it himself.
Likes; Tango, Impulse, strange red stone contraptions, hugs and cuddles.
Dislikes; anyone hurting his boi's, boredom, sitting still.
Height; 6'

Doc:
Personality; Cheeky bastard. Sarcastic bitch. Can honestly be slightly terrifying. Just a plethora of "that's what she said" jokes. Speaks German when having any form of strong emotion or when flustered. Not easily flustered, but everyone is too afraid to see if they can make him blush... expect Ren. Has a smug look at all times. Will help others but no promises.
Hybrid; creeper/cyborg. Has robotic arm, and part of his face is also robotic. Has a red robotic eye( he can communicate to iskall through his eye) doesn't need a communicator phone thing it practically is one. Can explode like creeper but doesn't like to. Afraid of cats
Likes; Redstone, Ren, winning
Dislikes; inefficient use of time, Grian to a degree..., cats
Height; 6'7"

Xisuma:
Personality; happy boi. Watches over the server from a distance. A little sarcastic. Also a smart boi. A huge tease.
Likes; dad jokes, all the hermits they are his family in a way, Redstone farms, turtles, bees.
Dislikes; hate, crimes, his brother Ex, when the hermits take it too far, showing his face.
Height; 6'4"

Impulse:
Personality; sorta easily flustered, protective, happy, smart boi, basically just a cross between Zedaph's and Tango's personality's.
Likes; Tango, Zedaph, Redstone farms, cuddles.
Dislikes; ????
Height; 6'3"

Ren:
Personality; huge flirt, has a really big heart, happy boi, doesn't get flustered by anyone but doc... but iskall is able to do it on occasion. Takes things seriously but at the same time doesn't, doesn't understand sarcasm in the slightest. He will flirt with anyone and everyone... mostly doc though. Over active imagination.
Hybrid; werewolf boi, has wolf ears and tail. Is kinda like a puppy in a way. full moons aren't  a good thing. His ears and tail are sensitive and only allow Doc and sometimes iskall to touch them, only doc is allowed to touch the tail though.
Likes; Doc, pets, helping, small pranks, friends, iskall is like his brother, cuddles
Dislikes; hate, being left out, hurting others, full moons.
Height; 5'6"

Bdubs:
Personality; some how a cheeky cinnamon roll gremlin? A slight tease. Normally happy, but you mess with him and he becomes very sarcastic...
Likes; building, keralis, tnt... but shouldn't go near it, sleep
Dislikes; being woken up, the nether, people messing with his friends
Height; possibly 5'9"

Keralis:
Personality; wholesome, slightly flirty, has pet names for every one( calls Xisuma- shishwhamy, Bdubs- Bubbles, etc.)
Likes; bubbles, building, Redstone, pvp, friends, cuddles
Dislikes; his friends hurting
Height; 5'10"

Etho:
Personality; charming trickster, organized mess, Canadian(yes this is staying) caring. Helpful. Smart boi
ice queen 2: electric boogaloo.
Likes; coffee, XBC, redstone, note blocks, yo mama jokes
Dislikes;????
Height; I wanna say like 5'8"

Stress:
Personality; is like a mom, loves nature. Dare I say passive aggressive? Protective.
Likes; magenta, iskall, flowers, friends, baking, fun
Dislikes; someone harming her animals, dirty jokes, hate
Height; 5'3"

Cleo:
Personality; proper while being a cheeky bastard if that makes sense
Hybrid; zombie, is technically undead, wont be attacked by zombies, skeletons, drowned, or husks. Limbs can fall off but she will sew them back on. Sunburned easily.
Likes; her friends, night time, sarcasm. Watching pvp.
Dislikes; hate, being messed with,
Height; 5'9"

Cub:
Personality; cheerful, caring, protective, jokester, smart boi
Likes; scar, having fun, capitalism large redstone doors
Dislikes; anybody who hurts scar in anyway.
Height; 6'2"

Wels:
Personality; kind, loyal, overly friendly, kinda cheeky, smart boi, super savage and witty. Very passive aggressive!

Hels:
Personality; salty, sarcastic bitch, constantly annoyed, absolute bastard, secretly a soft boi(only a little though.) underestimated idiot
Likes; destruction, rap battles, rock music, EX(shut your mouth I don't want to hear it I ship so it's gonna happen eventually)
Dislikes: Wels, peace, Fire spread off.

XBC:
Personality; happy, friendly, caring, smart boi
Likes; horror movies, friends, redstone, Etho,

EX:
Personality; pyromaniac (only a little bit though) major derp, easily flustered, easily annoyed, tries to be edgy. Secretly a softie. Oblivious half the time.
Likes; explosives, fire, Hels, alone time, cookies.
Dislikes; the hermits, people.

I know this isn't all the hermits, these are just the ones I'm familiar with and have created head canons for.
These are just my head canons, so don't think these are all completely canon
