They say life is what you make of it. But what does life make of you?

If someone new were to ask Valley Hills residence's if there was any paranormal activity, the residence's would all look away or attempt to change the subject. If they were nice, they would tell you to repack all your things and leave. Immediately.

Nobody ever did listen to the warnings.

Back when Valley Hills wasn't known for the slaughter and impending doom of every and all unfortunate souls; it was at the peak of its time. It brought in large amounts of vacation dwellers and hikers.

But now it's the slaughter house of all foolish people who attempt to look for adventure or ghosts.

They say if you openly proclaim that you're looking for paranormal action/activity, only one will show his face.

-

"Three! Two! One!"

That was all Grian heard before he was suddenly thrown into the air. The last words he heard were numbers to his death. He felt his body hit the water and sink under. Water hit his face and surrounded it.

His wrists and legs were bound. He couldn't escape. He didn't even get to see the final faces of his killers as they had blind folded him after grabbing him.

Oxygen depleted from his lungs as he struggled to move himself up above the water.

If he was going to die, what would happen to Sally? Would her uncle torment her further? Who would be affected if they found his body after a few days had passed?

Would anyone care?

What about Sally William's? He was her babysitter after all. Her uncle would never be brought to justice. That poor little girl would forever be scarrd by the disgustingly perverted actions of the croaker.

That fucking bitch. Grian was going to make that bastard pay some day.

No. Grian wouldn't die here. He couldn't afford to. He wanted justice. He wanted vengeance. Not only for little Sally Willaims but for himself. There wasn't nothing wrong with that.

Water began to replace oxygen. Grian choked but forced himself to remain calm. It would hurt more if he panicked.

No. He wasn't going to die. He was going to live on. Even if he would continue to live as just a drowned husk zombie. He wasn't done on this planet, he wasn't finished. He wasn't ready.

He wasn't going to die.

Grian listened as the waves and splashes of the water settled once again. No air bubbles came from his water logged lips. From the sounds and noises above, there was shouting and screaming and laughing going on. Who were they again?

Darkness snagged hold of Grian and Grian felt his body drift downwards further down the waters.

They say if you aren't finished with the tasks presented to you in life and your will is strong enough, it will sense your will and save you. It will give you one more chance to complete said tasks.

But the consequences of such a grand reward of a second chance come at eternal imprisonment under one master. The one that saved you in the first place.

They say that a tormented soul stalks Valley Hill's forests; searching and taking in other tormented souls, giving them a second chance at redemption or a new life.

The Jumbo Case of xx03. A boy who killed both his parents at the age of seventeen. A photo was later taken of the boy and a mysterious figure walking away from the manor house and into the woods.

Another prime example was the Docm77 case of xx43. A man who was the poor victim of a mob explosion. A very blurry photo was then snapped of Docm's mangled corpse wandering the darkened areas of Valley Hills.

Then let's not forget to mention the Welsknight Case of xx98 and the Symmetry Case of xx19.

XisumaVoid had saved a lot of people. He's saved people who wanted sickening revenge and he's saved people from horrible homes. He taught them how to be strong in the new bodies he gave them. He taught them how to live and how to protect themselves from bad people.

From movements and motions from good to horrible, he taught it all to his rescued ones. No matter how cruel and inhumane one might argue with. Does it look like one would dare argue with him?

Thoughts began to circle Xisuma's mind. More words and other voices always rung through the Boss' head, but this one was loud. This one was clear. This one had purpose.

"I'm not going to die."

Xisuma rose from his chair and stood straight up. He blinked his eyes shut once then found himself no longer in his mansion house, but at the edge of a still lake outside.

There were humans fighting and shouting at each other on the other side of the lake. Some sounded horrified, others pissed off. But a few sounded angrily happy.

Xisuma turned his head away from the humans. They wouldn't notice him anyways. They were to busy fighting among each other.

The boss gave a calm sigh before slowly wading into the lake. He gave off no ripple effect in the water, even as his head sank below the waves.

It was now clear to X. Now he knew what the humans were screaming about.

A ways down below the water was a tied up boy wearing a green costume. He appeared to have already drowned and died, but his brain was still heavily active.

Xisuma slowly floated over to the boy until he was close enough to touch him with one of his clawed hands. X carefully tilted the boy's head up with said clawed hand, observing over his features.

Blonde hair, pale skin, small build. This one would do good as a luring type proxy. Only a fool would judge a person on their body build instead of how intelligent or how much they really had held back.

Xisuma cocked his head to the side, tilting the boy's head almost forcefully to the side as well. "Grian. Can you hear me?" He questioned, even despite the water.

The blonde boy's eyes remained dead looking, but his mental brain waves spiked in activity.

Xisuma spoke again. "I can give you one more chance. Under the exception that you serve me for the rest of eternity. Understand?"

Grian's brainwaves fluctuate and spiked more. He was a very strong willed one. Even more so than X had ever seen before.

Xisuma took the spike of activity as a Yes.

"Good. Let's get you out of these."
