Note : This will follow a few of my own headcanons for the Hermits during their past- most notably Mumbo's height and stuff- also I didn't exactly follow everything to the canon context of Xisuma's season 2 videos I'm sorry- ;-;

Plot : X has had a lot of moments whilst Admin-ing the Hermitcraft server, especially since new players have come and gone. But for now- he just reflects on how much he's matured over the years. Or not matured over the years. Give or take.

A Gift For Cleo 
There were day's where Xisuma did his best to be as mature as possible, especially since the server had gained a lot more members that were still adjusting on what the rules were. But today was not one of those days. Today- Xisuma felt the overwhelming urge to start chaos. So much so that he felt as if he were gonna die if he didn't live up to what his mentality was screaming at him to do. 

So that early morning- Xisuma began to device his schemes. 

The hermit's were very busy people, so not a lot of them were working near their bases for the prank to be noticed right away. X didn't just want all his hard work to be mischievous to go to waste, so he picked a specific hermit who he knew was still working on/near their base. 

The new Hermit ZombieCleo. 

Sure it probably wasn't the best that he was picking the new members so early to be pranked but frankly- Xisuma just wanted to do something with water and glass. 

So- equipped with many water buckets and nearly an inventory full of blocks and leaf's, Xisuma began his mini project. 

Time skip + Person Change 
Cleo was already getting sick of shoving items into her inventory and then emptying it all, just to have it get filled again. Truly, she was honored that she was here and not where she use to be but still- intense resource  gathering was something she was gonna have to get use to, and fast. She was bringing her third round of inventor supplies back to her current build. Resources that had been gathered by her and by the charity of some of the others that had extra of the things she needed. 

"Really nice they are." Cleo thought as her build came into view once again for the third time. 

The zombie hybrid stopped dead in her tracks. 

"The fuck is-?" 

Cleo stared for a moment. 

Built right next to her project was another project. Another dome shaped project made of wood and glass that was full of water. Inside, Cleo could just barely see some faint pixel built art through the darkness of the water. 

Cleo turned to her build and dumped all her supplies into double chests that she had built prior before marching over to the water logged build next to hers. She placed her forearms against the glass and leaned forward. 

Along with the pixel art sea life that was within the water, there were also some signs stuck firmly in the ground so they wouldn't be uprooted by the water. 

ZombieCleo squinted hard. 

"That's some fishy business right here. - X" 

Cleo's mind blanked. Her eyes went back and forth between the signs and the pixel art for an embarrassingly long second before it finally clicked. Once she connected the dots, Cleo began to laugh out loud to herself.

ZombieCleo : Very cheeky, X 

XisumaVoid : I have no idea what you're talking about 

XisumaVoid : I am innocent 

ZombieCleo : If I could type in an "eye roll" into this comm X, I would do it. But I can't. 

XisumaVoid :   :D 

ZombieCleo : But I can find you and break your legs. 

Joe Hills : I- 

XisumaVoid : Oh Fuck- 

XisumaVoid : I MEAN HECC 

TinFoilChef : We're never going to be able to keep Mumbo innocent, are we? 

Biffa2001 : Bold of you to assume anyone would stay innocent around us. 

TinFoilChef : Fair point.

Mr. Jumbo : What does fuck mean? 

XisumaVoid : I am so sorry-

Mumbo's Early AFK-ing 
Xisuma stumbled out of the Nether portal and into the Nether. He always hated the after feeling it gave him, but he also hated not being able to find a suitable Hermit to prank. He was starting to get antsy with all the peace that was floating around. 

With a heavy sigh, Xisuma trotted toward the Nether portal that would take him back to the Shopping District. He needed to grab a few materials anyways. 

As he exited the portal and once again stepped foot into the Overworld, Xisuma about literally ran into another one of the new members. The smallest one that joined them as a matter of fact. 

Standing in the middle of the walking path with his black hair, white, rolled up sleeved shirt, black vest, black shorts and shoes was Mumbo Jumbo. Currently one of the youngest and the shortest Hermit- for now at least- on the server. The young one was standing upright and completely motionless. 

Xisuma carefully navigated around the young hermit until he was standing in front of the kid. Crouching down at his height, X stared into Mumbo's eyes and waved his hand in front of Mumbo's view. 

"AFK huh? Where did he learn about AFK-ing? And how long has he been doing it?" X pondered to himself before pulling out a bunch of extra leaf blocks from his inventory. 

"Well, it'd be irresponsible of me to just leave you out here without some kind of wall around you to ward off mobs."  He reasoned before starting to place said blocks around the kid to do exactly as he intended. 

The admin then tucked the blocks back into his inventory once he was done and twisted on his heel to continue walking to his original destination. But he didn't even step four steps when he turned right back around and pulled out his sheers. 

"Well on the other hand, a trip to the Shopping District can always come again..." 

Time Skip + Person Change 
Mumbo's eyes began to burn the moment he felt his eyes shut. He felt his body begin to quote- "Come back to life" as Tango described it. Instinctually rubbing his eyes and hissing at the after burn of rubbing them too hard with his hands, Mumbo opened them. 

Where he had originally went AFK was not the same place he was standing now. 

Mumbo was standing in a fenced, glass box. A roof was over his head and there was a one gap block that was missing to Mumbo could get fresh oxygen. 

Inside that one gap block was a book and quill which Mumbo instantly grabbed and opened to read, hopefully for an explanation as to why he was now in said box. 

"Mumbo Jumbo you were AFK, I just put a mustache on your face - X

P.S - Don't stand in the middle of a path and go AFK, you could be attacked by mobs. So in the long run- just don't- It'll save us both a trip through respawn for entirely different reasons. Thanks!  :D" 

Mumbo frowned and squinted at the paragraph again and quoted some of the text that was inside out loud. 

"I just put a mustache on your face?" 

Reaching up, MJ covered his mouth with his hand. He expected to find a marker drawn mustache over his lips. But when he drew his hand away again, he saw no marker on his fingers.

Mr. Jumbo : Um- X? You put a mustache on my face? 

Keralis : X- 

XisumaVoid : I didn't draw anything on you- I just put a sticker on your cheek and drew a mustache on the sticker! :D 

Mr. Jumbo : Ohhhh! I feel the sticker now! 

Mr. Jumbo : Another question. X? 

XisumaVoid : Shoot

Mr. Jumbo : Why did you put me in a box? 

XisumaVoid : Cuz it's dangerous for you to AFK out in the open 

iJevin : Tango- 

TangoTek : I DIDN'T TEACH HIM HOW TO AFK! DON'T LOOK AT ME!! 

TinFoilChef : I sense lies

I hope I did it ok-
