Not-So-Evil X
Evil X sighed as he walked out of the shopping district empty-handed. Not a single store would let him inside. He had the diamonds to pay with, but it seemed that nobody cared about that.
He couldn't even go around the server without people giving him odd stares or backing away from him. "It's not fair!" EX ranted. "I just want to be normal. An equal. Xisuma said he'd tell the others to treat me fairly if I behaved for 3 months. So stupid, I had stopped doing anything for a year before then, anyways! Maybe he wanted me to stop bothering him?"
Since he was banned from the entire shopping district, he had to go and collect his own resources, meaning he had a limited amount of resources compared to the others.
He made his way out of the end portal and through the end dimension. He needed to relax a bit since today had been stressful with him running out of resources in the middle of a large project.
EX softly landed by a chorus plant that was near the edge of its island. He sat down against it and looked out into the void, which was something that always calmed him down. It was just a pit of darkness, there was nothing inside to make it special in any sort of way, it was just... there. Like him.
He smiled under his helmet at the thought. He didn't need to be special or unique, yet people acted like he did. They ignored him because of his past. He just wanted to be accepted as an equal. He could try anything to show that he wasn't bad, but they all kept their stance.
After a bit of looking at the void, EX heard a scream. He looked up and saw one of the hermits, a newer one, quickly descending from the sky (if I can call it that, idk). EX bolted up and ran to the edge of the island to grab the blond right before he fell into the void.
Grian looked down and saw that there was nothing under him. With widened eyes, he pleaded to be brought up. EX, seeing his reaction at the void and feeling bad, brought the shorter man up and onto the island.
"Thank you so much Xisuma, I really appreciate it," Grian sighed as he picked himself up from the ground.
'Of course,' thought EX, 'he's not trying to get away from me because he doesn't know who I am.'
"I'm not Xisuma," EX explained.
"What?" Grian looked up, confused. "Yeah you are, you've got the helmet and everything."
"But we wear different colors, look!" EX pointed to his visor.
"Wait, then who are you?" Grian asked.
"I'm 'Evil' Xisuma," he explained while making air quotations with his hands.
"You don't seem evil," Grian stated.
EX smiled, "That's because I'm not. At least not anymore. I stopped doing all of that over a year ago."
"Then why are you banned from all the shops and games? Don't they know that you've stopped?"
"They don't care. They probably think I'm going to do something to their shop, like steal or rig it, but I just want to be treated equally," he explained, "I can't even work on big projects without running out of resources halfway through it."
"I'll unban you from mine. And I can talk with the other Architechs about unbanning you from Sahara," Grian offered.
"Really?" EX smiled before it turned into a more troubled face, "They'll never agree."
"Don't worry, I can explain what you did for me!"
"Thank you so much!" EX smiled.
Grian reached into his ender chest and pulled out a spare elytra. "Well, I've got to go, but it was nice meeting you. I'll tell everyone about what you did okay?"
EX nodded.
"Bye, and thank you," Grian called out.
"Bye," EX smiled as he waved. He felt accomplished. Not because he was getting respect, but because of how he earned it.
