Doc hated the color pink.

It all started when Bdubs made his room pink, it was supposed to be grand, and majestic...

But he made it pink.

Then Bdubs destroyed Mt. Goatmore.

So I guess you could say it was Bdubs he hated, but he didn't hate Bdubs, he was just annoyed with him. Doc didn't know his feelings, all he knew was that he needed some time away from Bdubs.

So that's what he did. He went off to build his own base, leaving his half of the mansion, he hung out with friends often, more often than before, and he was just more busy in general.

He didn't know how he was affecting Bdubs, and he didn't want to know, he would feel guilty if he found out it was hurting Bdubs, but he needed time.

*Weird Squiggles again*

It was the Easter party, and everyone was invited, but it was more of a command than an invitation.

Doc was talking with False about their bases when Doc felt a tap on his shoulder.

He turned around and saw a short, tan boy with fluffy brown hair and big eyes. Bdubs.

He had to go, he wasn't ready to figure his feelings out. He started backing away but Bdubs grabbed his wrist.

"Why have you been ignoring me?" Bdubs asked. Doc wasn't sure how he should respond, he started sweating and his heart was fluttering- oh god, was he having a heart attack?

"C'mon Doc, we used to be great friends, but you started ignoring me and now... I'm not sure what we are," Bdubs whispered sadly, he looked like he was going to start crying.

Doc became a brave man right then and there. He took Bdubs by the hand and led him away from the crowd.

As soon as they were in a more secluded area Doc stopped.

"Listen, Bdubs, I just need time... time away from you," Doc admitted,

"Why?" Bdubs asked,

"Because too much has been happening lately, and I just started to get annoyed with you and I don't know," Doc explained,

"You could have told me," Bdubs reasoned,

"I know, I just- I was too scared," Doc said,

"Of what?" Bdubs asked again,

"I was scared of hurting your feelings, I wanted to stay as close together as possible, but I needed space," Doc tried to explain,

"I understand, I understand that you think I'm soft," Bdubs rolled his eyes,

"Th-that's not it Bdubs," Doc tried to explain

"Ignoring me has made me grow away from you. Sorry, Doc, I'm going to go hang out with Keralis," Bdubs flew away.

Doc didn't know what to do, he had hurt Bdubs, and he felt extremely guilty about it. He thought about possible ways to apologize, none of them felt right. Doc still didn't know what his emotions were telling him, and that was probably what kept him from finding the perfect apology.

Man did feelings suck.
