Visor and feathers; horns and claws 2

Grian thrilled happily in conformation, tail feathers bristling out in a non aggressive manner, head rubbing up against Zedaph's arm. Xisuma, seeing that the blonde was frozen in shock from the revelation, grabbed Grian by the scruff of his neck before dragging him away, with protest from said cat.

"Hey! Why did you do that?" Pouted Grian, pawing against X's gray mane with a tan paw in defiance.

"He was frozen in shock," The admin reprimented, batting away the others paw with his own, "I think he should be given time to absorb everything before we go acting like a cuddly house cat with him."

The violet eyed winged caracal huffed, but laid down and gave Zed space nonetheless. And Xisuma joined him with an eyeroll, an eye being kept on Zedaph at all times to make sure he was fine.

Zedaph, for his part, had just figured out that this other thing was X, the scar should have been obvious but whatever, and that he was looking at two of his friends just sitting there looking like two mythological creatures from old legends. Which was like supre cool, and so awesome! I mean, who can say "yeah my admin and this other guy are two cool creatures who could probably kill me but one just acts like a tame cat"? Not many if he was guessing.

He got up from where he was sitting against the wall and walked up to the two, all attention on him in a second. He faltered a bit in his step, seriously these might be his friends but they still looked intimidating, but walked on anyways. Zedaph soon stood in front of Grian, the tan feline looking up at him. He glared down at the furry face for a few seconds, but he broke when he noticed a pink tongue poking out between his friends lips. And with a long "awwww" he knelt down and wrapped his arms around Grian's fluffy neck, "My god Grian, your really a big cat thing! A really fluffy cat thing too!"

Xisuma cackled as he watched Grian trying to process what to do, the smaller caught completely off guard by Zedaph's cuddle attack. This cackle got him a glare and hard swipe, but it was well worth it.

"Oh I can't wait to tell everyone about this!" The admin laughed, watching as Zed cuddled closer to Grian's warm fur, almost by instinct.

This elected a growl from said cuddle victim, and the vibrations of the growls startled their blonde friend out of his relaxed slump against Grian, "You will not say a word about this! Or I will tell everyone about what happened at the sleepover."

"You wouldn't!" X gasped, shoulders tensing as he glared at the smaller. "We promised!"

"Then don't say a word." Grian hissed. And Zedaph, hearing the growls and hisses, decided to try calming the two down. Now how was he going to do this? Pats. Well, he was going to give X pats (that sounded better when not taking who these people were into account, he thought with a wince). He would do Grian, but he'd heard about how you shouldn't try to calm an aggressive cat and instead just let them calm themselves, so Xiusma it is!

He unwrapped himself from Grian and crawled out of where the tanned cats front legs had come to form a circle around the blonde and into Xisuma's personal space. And with the green Hermit being bigger than his beastly companion Zedaph had to stand up, but when he did he got the best access to giving pats.

Xisuma froze when Zed first started, but after a few more pats he was thoroughly enjoying himself, tail happily swaying back and forth. After a few more minutes of this Zedaph pulled back, smiling happily, "Aha! I knew it would work! You two friends now?"

He got dual nods from X and Grian, though the two still playfully glared at each other behind the blondes back.

"Good! Then I think it's about time we go to sleep, so we wake up early tomorrow!" Zed announced, already moving to go grab his stuff, "You two stay here, I'll go get my things and then I'll join you!" And with that he was gone.

There was silence between Grian and Xisuma for a few seconds until X spoke, "Guess we'll be going back tomorrow."

"I guess." Grian muttere, laying his head down on his paws, "But I don't know if I'm ready yet."

The elder looked down at him with concern, "Are you worried how everyone will react?" A hesitant nod answered him. X leaned down to press close against Grian's side, "Well no need for that, they'll be fine with this. I even think they'll be excited. So you have nothing to worry about."

"But what if we can't turn back? What will happen then?" The tanned feline whimpered, wide violet eyes turning to look into emerald ones, "You won't be able to access your admin screens, which means you can't look for bugs and glitches! And who knows what that will lead to!"

"We'll find a way." Xisuma reassured, leaning his against Grian's, "I promise we will." The other stayed silent, but leaned his head in too.

Zedaph soon returned with all his stuff, including food. "I thought you two might be hungry, so I got some dinner!" The two tried, and failed, at thanking him. Thankfully Zed seemed to understand what they were trying to say, so at least they didn't seem ungrateful for the food. X, surprisingly, was the first to fall asleep, Zedaph then followed him soon after, and Grian last.

And that's also the order they woke up in, so by the time Xisuma was stretched and fully awake Zed had blinked the last bit of sleep out of his eyes and Grian was still in denial about being awake. Grian did eventually get up, but that was after a lot of badgering from X and also "attacks" from their small (wow that's weird for Grian to think about) sunny blonde friend.

"Okay, so I know where we need to head to get back. It took me about half a day to get here, but the thing is, that was with an elytra." Zedaph said as he packed up the last of his things. "And since we can't fly, and me walking takes forever, I think we'll be walking longer."

Grian was about to point out that he could fly, but caught X's eye and wisely kept quiet on the matter (poor X, the wingless bean he is). But he did get a different idea on how they could travel efficiently. So with a feline grin he picked up Zedaph by the back of his shirt before plopping him down on Xisuma's back.

The admin looked offended, and just as he opened his maw Zed let out an excited gasp, "You're a genius, Grian! This will be so much faster then walking!" He then leaned over to try looking at X's face, the green drake like creature turned to allow such a thing to happen. "Are you ready to go then X? I'd like to be back and showing everyone just how cool I can be as soon as possible!"

Instead of arguing, like he wanted to so badly, Xisuma just walked out. Grian followed hot in his heels as Zedaph happily whooped on his back.

The journey back was just a few hours longer than it was for Zed's elytra flight, but that's reasonable due to them switching who he rides every hour or so. But finally, finally, Toon Towers came into view. "Here we are!" Zedaph happily announced, bouncing slightly where he was sitting on Grian's back.

They all soon realized a tiny little problem with going here, they couldn't get up to Tango's portal. Not only would the hallways be too small for the two, but only two from the party could fly. Which left only one thing- "X you're going to have to swim to the shopping district."

Grian nearly rolled over laughing at Xisuma's face -Zed actually did- it was just such a comically offended face he just couldn't describe it. Seeing the two blondes, cat or not Grian's still a blonde, laughing at him he decided to get his revenge. He grabbed Zedaph securely and walked into the water, the other loudly begging to be let go as they wadded deeper in. Soon enough Xisuma could no longer walk, which meant he had to start swimming. This now meant that his sunny passenger was trying to keep his head above the water. Mission accomplished.

"X! What are you doing?" Grian laughed from where he was perched on Zed's dinghy thing.

"Payback." He mumbled back through the fabric of the shirt in his mouth. "If I suffer then so does he."

"Aww, am I being left out?"

Xisuma glared at him slightly, "Gri the water is freezing and I don't care if you have thick warm fur now, I'm not risking you getting sick again." His tone left no room for arguments, so Grian just resorted to grumbling about it as he took off.

He was a bit surprised to see so many of the Hermits, actually all the Hermits, gathered in the shopping district. What the hell was going on?

He carefully landed on top Doc's voting pole thing, all eyes turning to him. They watched him as he watched them, with interest and attempts to figure out why they were there.

This staredown was broken when Zedaph, drenched head to toe, came running, a casual strolling deer-dragon walking up behind him.

"Hah! I'm first!" The blonde proudly announced, buffing out his chest. Though he faltered when he heard amused purring coming from behind him, and with a turn he spotted Grian casually resting on the voting pillar, "Come on! You can fly, that's cheating!"

"Uh, Zed? Do you know what these things are?" Tango asked, someone from the group of surprised Hermits finally speaking.

"Of course? It's Grian and Xisuma, how can you not see that?" Was the deadpanned reply, a reply that got him a light smack from X.

Tango looked from Zed, to Grian, then to X, and then back to Zed again, "..What."

Xisuma, seeing that nothing would be done like this, marched up to Keralis and dipped his head to better show the X scar on his face. As soon as said scar was recognized a cry of, "Sishwamy!" echoed before a wide eyed builder was attached to the admins face.

"Wait, so this is actually Grian and Xisuma?" Doc asked, looking at the green deer-dragon trying to keep balance with a full grown man hanging off his snout.

"Yup!" Zedaph chriped, not at seeing anything really wrong with that

"How?" Wondered Impulse, looking over at where Xisuma had laid down, Keralis now cuddled into his side.

Zedpah just gave a shrug, and he made that sound you make when shrugging (you know the one), "I wouldn't know, I can't understand them."

This got the engineers/redstoner into action, all trying to collectively come up with a solution to this problem. Well, everyone except one white haired man. No Etho was not amongst them, choosing to instead make the most of the situation.

"Wow, you are really fluffy! Even fluffier than your normal hair can be sometimes." The duald eyed man whispered in awe as he ran his hands through Grian's fur. The feline would have responded, had it not been for the fact that Etho had the hands of a cat petting god. Seriously, he could probably pull fur out and still make it feel nice with how good it was. What am I getting at here? Grian was purring up a storm, that's what I'm getting at.

Etho, seeing exactly the effect he had on his now fluffy boyfriend, continued on without stop. Grian eventually fell asleep there, still purring through his sleep. And Etho, tired from worrying about Grian all day and stress-redstoning up a storm, soon fell asleep with him.

Tango came by to wrap a blanket around the white head before leaving again, letting the two sleep peacefully and undisturbed.

All was well again, all was well.

-0- Quick little how "everything was fixed"! -0-

The redstoners couldn't make anything to translate what Grian or Xisuma said so they were left without the ability to talk. Thankfully they went back to their normal forms a week later, both their magic having calmed down and sorted itself out. And everything went back to normal after that, a few jokes about their one week stay as creatures now being added into their roster for jokes.

<Ah! That was nice to get done, it became longer then I first expected it to be, which is nice. And, as I promised, art of Grian (I didn't digitalis this or color it, I just couldn't be bothered doing so)

And that's it! So stay safe and have a wonderful time everyone!>
