Maybe after the events of YHS grian really realized he doesn't feel like a girl, and became transgender and taurtis supported him and kept the secret threw evo and helped him out but now him being alone in hermitcraft, feels abit lonely and keeps it secret as long as he can, he has problems working in heat and doesn't like people to hug him, maybe someone like iskall or mumbo finds out after a event with the shara.

Blind scar au

Scar lost his version in around hermitcraft season 5 and has kept it secret, still building and trying to talk to cub about maybe if there was accident in the future, it's best to have glasses that could allow people who can't see to build easier, cub likes the idea but doesn't see why he should work on it now, scar often becomes late to meetings, ect, maybe cub finds out one day while scar having a mental break down, and helps him with the glasses idea but turning them into contacts so no one else knows.

Ptsd xisuma au

Xisuma doesn't talk about it but he has ptsd, often or not has panic attacks about all of his friends from season one dying or leaving, the only one who knew was biffa, but now he's gone so xisuma dealing with it on his own, when keralis and bdub come back, he almost cries of happinesses or having two of his friends from the old worlds back.

Idea of, maybe when someone leaves the series or joins a new one they die a horrible death in the last one but have no memories of it, only people who do remember it is, the people they left behind, this kinda plays with the ptsd xisuma au, so when doc and scar find that area 77 portal, maybe someone travels and ends up in a old series and all the friends they left behind, start crying and hugging each other.
