Grian PoV
Trial 3 Begin

"Let's begin with a basic explanation of the trial. So your votes will determine the results. So if you can figure out whodunnit then only they will recieve punishment, but if you pick the wrong one... then I'll punish everyone besides the killer and the one that decieved everyone will be allowed to escape!" Explained the voice known as Kokoromono.

Everyone was affected by this game of despair but they still had to move on.

"Due too the circumstances of Xisuma's murder everyone including those who discovered the body are suspects..." Iskall states, "I'm sure you can guess why."
"The amount of people who discovered the body!" Grian exclaimed.
"Correct"
"Wouldn't that limit the suspects though?" Questioned False.
"In most cases yes, but it isn't like that due to the way the body was discovered aka after Tango and Biffa discovered the body Scar and Grian discovered the corpse at the same time," Iskall explained, "which leads us to another question, when was Xisuma killed."
"He was killed after Tango left Room 2 to get help," stated Cub, "right?"
"Actually me and Iskall have reason to believe that Xisuma was killed Yesterday," Stress stated.
"Yeah you and Iskall discovered blood at the lobby!" Exclaimed Grian.
"Wait when I checked him in Room 2 he was still breaving!" Tango suddenly screamed out.
"Grian it seems Tango and Iskall are stuck in an equalibrium. It will be your job to unbalence the scales," Cub stated to Grian.

And so the battle of wits began.

Equalibrium Battle Begin

Tango "Xisuma was definally alive when I checked him!"
Iskall "Are you sure being shot twice is usually fatal!" Agree

"Yeah two of the wounds did seem older compared to the rest of the gunshots!" Grian exclaimed.

Tango "Who's to say Iskall isn't lying about blood in the lobby!" Deny
Iskall "Are you sure you didn't jusy feel a gust of wind!"

"Iskall wasn't alone! Stress saw the blood too!" Grian exclaimed once more.

Tango "Who's to say that they weren't working together! After all there were two guns" Deny
Iskall "Then how would you explain the special mechanisms of the Gun" Agree

"The guns required both to be triggered at the same time to shoot!" Grian exclaimed the final blow.

The scales have been tipped.

"Okay I give. I guess I made a mistake thinking Xisuma was still alive when I checked him, but so what does that mean exactly," Tango stated.
"It means we have our culprit... Grian I'll leave this to you," stated Cub.

Grian was surprized then he looked back at all the testimonies and realised the killer.

"Biffa can you tell us what happened before you were knocked out!" Grian suddenly shouted.
"Uh sure I was waiting for Tango. I believe I had my back turned towards the door when I felt something smack me in the head like a frying pan. I assumed it was the claymore because it wasn't originally there," Biffa explained.
"That seals it. Are you the killer Tango!" Grian yelled.
"Huh me?! You're saying I killed Xisuma!" Tango stated in shock.
"Of course if Biffa wasn't lying then you should have seen the killer in the room before getting knocked out yourself, and your words and actions don't make sense!" Grian stated, "you got intended to make it seem like Xisuma was killed just before the body discovery announcment when he was killed the day earlier, also, you set up a situation where everyone would become a suspect without a way to take anyone off the list!"
"Tango how did you mistake a corpse for a still living person?!" Iskall questioned.

And with the one with a majority vote was Tango.

Trial 3 End

"Correct you got it right the killer is Tango!" Said Kokoromono, "any last words!"
"Before I... well... killed Xisuma I remembered... that I was one of the four who had gotten Darkening Syndrome and a bit of our time together..." Tango sighed.
"So why did you kill Xisuma?" Docm asked.
"Simply put I wanted to cure myself like how Grian had... or at least try too..." Tango cried.
"Wait Grian you were affected by Darkening Syndrome!?" Iskall exclaimed.
"Currently three people are infected by Darkening Syndrome, those being Tango, Ren, and Iskall, Xisuma was also apart of the list before his untimely demise." Kokoromono announced, "so far the only person to escape Darkening Sydrome is Grian."
"I don't remember ever having Darkening Syndrome!" Exclaimed Grian.
"That's because they took those memories away." Kokoromono explained.
"Who's they?" Questioned Ren.
"Spoilers!" Kokoromono laughed, "it's time for the execution!"
"I promise what the mind forgets the heart remembers, so, please escape from here!" Tango exclaimed

Execution Tango

Tango was teleported to a base of sorts and he notice a water elevator and went into it. Did he still have hope to live. When he reached the top of the water elevator a piston activated pushing him into falling. He eventually fell into a pool of lava.

Execution End

"No not again!" Yelled Cub as he started to run off.
"Me personally I'd be more concerned with Iskall and Ren after all they're the only remaining people with Darkening!" Kokoromono announced.

Sorry the trial was so short but hey at least I manage to include something reminisent of a minigame.
