I Promise - ZIT story
(This is all FICTIONAL. I don't know how they ACTUALLY think, most ideas are for the purpose of the story.)
"Why are those two groups competing? You two are getting so annoying." Impulse complained. "It doesn't matter if we shop at Sahara or at Concorp shops!"
"It's more conveniet to shop at Sahara!" Tango argued. "But I'm used to travelling and I like to look at all the unique shops!" Zedaph replied. Impulse rolled his eyes. "Just split up and shop wherever! I'm going to restock the potatoes and carrots at iTrade." "Fine!" the three split up. It had been their 3rd argument that week. Ever since the civil war, their relationship had been a bit rocky, as Tango was on G team, Impulse was on team STAR, and Zedaph missed the war. They still did stuff together, but they often argued. It was only because of their strong bonds in the past that they hadn't seperated.
1.14 later
Zedaph and Impulse were working on a new farm due to the changes in the update, and Tango decided to help out. "The anvil needs to go next to the piston..." Impulse muttered, looking at the plans he and Zedaph wrote. Suddenly, his screen changed, text saying "You Died!" on his screen. In smaller text, "ImpulseSV was squashed by a falling anvil". "TANGO WHAT THE HECK!"Impulse cried. Tango looked surprised, an anvil in his hand. "You said the anvil goes next to the piston!" "When the piston is RETRACTED!" Impulse cried, looking through his stuff. Zedaph came over. "You didn't lose my shulker boxes, right?" Impulse looked through his inventory. "It's gone, along with my gear!" "Look around!" But they didn't find anything. "Tango this is all your fault! Like how you poured water over our redstone and blew up half the build!" "I was only trying to help," Tango said guiltily. He had been overworking himself with something else he had been doing and wasn't getting enough rest, but he hadn't told anyone that. "Well, DON'T!!!" the two said in usion. "Go dump anvils on ConCorp or something!" Tango sighed. "What happened to doing everything together?" "We don't need your help."
Tango sat in his base. He had nothing to do, so he decided to start a new project (instead of rest). "I'll show them what I can do!" he said to himself. But the voices said otherwise.
"For the last time, WE DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!" Impulse and Zedaph said, frustrated. Tango had enough. "Fine, if you think I'm soo useless, the we're not friends anymore! I promise I'll forget we were friends and never help you again. Even if you ask me, I won't be there. You two can have fun on your own and I'll forget you ever EXISTED!" Tango couldn't stop hinself. He was tired and irritated. He felt left out, confused, and the voices weren't leaving him alone - until now. And it was so relieving to wash out the voices through his words, to be relieved of his burden! Tango didn't even realize what he said. "Wait, that's not -" Impulse called. Tango turned around one last time. "I promise." he said, but his words were not his own. Then, he was gone.
The next day, Tango felt like a new person. He got a good night's rest and ate some cake for breakfast that he got as a gift a while back, though he couldn't remember who gave it to him. Flying off to the shopping district, he landed in front of Tek to the Skies, armed with rockets. Impulse and Zedaph saw him and approached him quickly. "Tango, you didn't mean what you said yesterday, right?" Tango turned around and replied,
"umm, how do you know my name?"
