Every month on the third week, joe holds a mandatory group therapy on Monday and for the rest of the week is individual sessions.

Joe has learned a lot about each hermit, sometimes if the session is serious enough, Xisuma is there.

During one of Grians sessions during season six, Xisuma was there for almost all of his sessions as during the very first one, a while rabbit jumped by and into his lap. He was sent into a panic attack and almost hurt himself. Joe didn't want anything else to happen.

Joe is also the only one out of three to know how scar got the large scar the runs across his face.
