They have monthly sleepovers. It was scar's idea. Since some hermits are sometimes anti social or get too caught up in work, Scar came up with the idea of hosting A big sleepover every month to have the hermits not grow distant. They do multiple different things during these sleep overs but it almost always ends up with everyone huddled up close to each other. After the first sleep over Grian participated in, the hermits figured out that Grian wraps his wings around himself and people he trusts, like he's protecting them. No one says anything about because they like the feeling of his wings, they're like a weighted blanket of love.
