She looked at the young hermit as he ran around, breaking and placing block. He was working on a heavily detailed part of his mansion. It was always fun for Milly watching Grian work on his mansion, just as it was while she still lived in the real world.

It was quite a strange series of events that lead to Milly hiding here behind the jungle trees. She never found out how she landed in Minecraft in the first place, but it was still quite an interesting experience nonetheless. She's seen so many breathtaking worlds and servers, met all the other trapped souls, and now she was in the server that changed her life for the better.

She looked back over to where Grian was busy adding the last details, and noticed a creeper not far from him. Without thinking, she ran out of the forest, spread her wings, and flew over to Gri, who still didn't notice the creeper, and pulled him up just as the creeper started hissing. At first he was confused on how he was suddenly flying, and he looked up to see Milly looking down at him, then looked down too and saw the creeper. He got out his bow and shot a flame arrow, careful not to hit the nearby tnt pile nearby.

She let go of him, and he opened his elytra and glided down to the ground, Milly landing on the rail a few blocks away, shaking out her wings.

"Who are you?"

She straightened the last feather, then looked at him.

"My name is Milly. I've been stuck in Hermitcraft for about 4 months now."

He nodded, and then she spoke up again.

"Can we please go inside? I don't wanna be seen by anyone else."

"Sure. Follow me."

They walked into the mansion. Milly went to sit on the bed in the middle of the room, while Grian stood at the top of the stairs, looking at her.

"So tell me Milly, how did you get here?"

"Well, it all started 5 months ago. I was in my room, playing Minecraft, when it started raining outside, which was fine. Suddenly, the air was lit up with pure white light. All I remember was my window shattering, into a million pieces, and these weird sparks started pulling me. I blacked out, and them I woke up in Hypixel. Soon enough I realised I could jump between servers and worlds. I met the other 5 people who were trapped in the game too, and realised that my server jump ability was a bug. A month ago I landed here, in Hermitcraft, and when I tried to get out, I realised the bug fixed itself. I've been hiding here all this time, making sure none of you saw me, until now."

"Well, thanks for saving me. I probably would've lost a lot of valuable items if it weren't for you. And also, feel free to stay in my old base, barely anyone visits that place."

"Thanks Grian, and if you need my help with anything, feel free to call me."

"I will. Stay safe."

"You too."

Things were quite calm after that. Milly would help Grian with whatever she could whenever he wasn't recording, and he made sure no one else found out about her. 4 months went by, and she saw so many strange and wonderful events, like the election, the turf war, and all the crazy adventures the hermits went on.

Every day at sunset she would sit somewhere high up and look as the sun disappeared behind whichever build she decided to look at. Her favorite place to hang out at that time was Scar's village. It was quite a magical place.

Then an announcement came: The being that had trapped her in here in the first place has decided that it would let her go back to the real world.

When she got the message, she quickly flew over to where Grian was standing, and told him about the message.

"That's amazing Milly, but when are you leaving?"

"Tomorrow."

That night, she packed up all the items she collected during her time here, and she left them in a shulker box between the other ones in Grian's chest monster, along with a little thank you note.

The next evening, just as the sun was setting, they flew over to Spawn Island, where a strange, blue portal stood waiting for her. Just before Milly stepped through it, the gave Grian one last hug, ran through, and then she was gone.

This story was planned. I got the idea for this about the same time I got the idea for Other Reality. Hope you enjoyed it :D
